    Delicious recipe! I’m especially enjoying them warm! I used fresh blueberries and added 1 1/2 cups an then 1/2 cup of brown sugar.

    Watched this and a couple of your other sourdough videos. I ended up trying your biscuits, (just in the oven) and the wife and I loved them.

    I made these this morning. They were perfect treat for Easter weekend. I added a teaspoon of lemon zest and substituted in a cup of huckleberries instead of blueberries.

    Cold butter is the secret. I use a cheese grater when I do up some biscuits.

    You mentioned you wanted to use your Dutch oven. Would you recommend yo use a Dutch oven with lid on? I have a cast iron Dutch oven.

      No I wouldn’t put the lid on it unless I was cooking them in the ground.
