    I took a Sourdough master class last Saturday and have made bread and pizza bases, using the discard to make biscuits (though we add some sugar and call them Scones here in Australia) is something I wouldn't have thought of, thankyou!

      The ducks we have had for several years but the pond is new. We just dug it this summer. We haven’t filled it with a pump yet. We wanted to see how it did with a full year of natural seepage before we intervened to fill it.

    I absolutely love your and Clay's content, but please don't do these Non-verbal videos!!! It's weird and "un personal " and that's what makes great videos, we fill apart of it and can relate.
