The momentum carries you that high after you reach the first line from the top, so if you need to quickly reach that second floor, drop to just below that line, reattach and then if you aim accordingly it should catapult you to that area like a bat out of hell
I have a question about this tho, can controller players do this or is it just pc movement only where controller players can only replicate it to a small degree.
Literally the only thing console players can't do is Tap strafe ( which was nerfed season 12) I say console and not controller because even controller players on PC can tap strafe.
Movement tech like this is definitely possible on controllers, probably just harder. When it comes to techs that use scroll wheel down for jump (or any other keybinds) then it becomes harder to replicate on controller because the inputs have to be exact - like wall bouncing, bhopping etc.

I did this by accident on the very first time I went up this Zipline. Face first into an Octane and Bloodhound. I definitely domed them both and survived and won the round and my teammates clapped.
This confuses me so much. I saw faide do this so I tried it myself and I barely even made it out of the elevator. I figured it must have been a super jump but I couldn't get close enough with that either so I'll have to investigate further.
