It’s auto tuned, we all know they can sing live. But auto tune it’s not just for fixing vocals, it’s also used to add effects specially in k-pop. Some people prefer more raw vocals.
ON deserved so much more. It's so sad that some Army think it's just "okay" or just "good" ON is a masterpiece. The lyrics, the music, the vocals, the dance, everything.
Ikr ..it's just whole masterpiece !! But some army think that it's just okay we forget after some days ..like the situation was like that ... But majority army love the song ..I myself love it ..
It's literally my favorite song in their more recent tracks. I want to move on from Dynamite/Butter types of songs and get back to some deeper and more thoughtful music.
fairy - the origins of marching bands started in the 1700s by African Americans who were used as musicians instead of frontline troops, which established military music from which marching bands evolved.
@@isabelnecessary5915 ON was a huge production and they poured their everything into MOTS7 (as they do with everything) but this one was special. They were only getting started with promo in the states then the pandemic hit and everything changed- the trajectory at that time with the new single suggested that their presence on American screens would've been tremendous.
"I didn't know they were this deep"... it makes me so sad that people don't know that BTS are known for their deep and inspiring lyrics as well for sharing their experiences of life. Also the autotune is on purpose. They deliberately use it to emphasise the beat.
they know the autotune is on purpose. autotune gets a bad rep but is a really useful tool and can be used effectively in music. some of the reactors just didn't like the use of it overall/in certain places. as more people make the effort to read about the background behind songs or read translated lyrics (im talking from a western social culture perspective) i think it will become expected for bts to be known as artists that write with a purpose
@Estela Lopez nah bighit supervises the visual imageries aka bangtan universe storylines but the messages they want to put in their songs are still pretty much directed mainly by bts. they’re still personal to the members themselves. which is why i’m more than excited to see how BE will turn out like bc the members themselves are the ones who directs the visual concepts along with the overall message which is new for them.
"I didn't know they were that deep" LEGIT, like as yoongi said, you'll enjoy bts even more if you listen without prejudice, they aren't THIS famous from being 'just another kpop group'
Personally I don't mind the autotune, as we know that they can sing. I guess it's for artistic expression and the autotune used for each individual member suits their voice. This song got robbed.
Agreed. I see how it was an issue for some people with dynamite as it was a very vocal heavy track but with ON it’s much more percussion heavy and has actual rap verses. The use of autotune here is much more fitted stylistically especially at rapline’s parts.
If it was an artistic choice then it didn't work. That auto-tuning-ish thing throws the whole vocal line off the rest of the piece completely. And it sticks out so much that you cannot just ignore it in a otherwise good piece.
Actually, they can autotune their own voice =))) Anyone who doesn't like autotune music can watch BTS perform "ON" at Grand Central Terminal for The Tonight Show to see that they really sing live and dance like there is no tomorrow at the same time (y)
@@maryn6792 it did work though. Where did it not work? They tuned their voices their respective colors very well. The only part where it didn’t do it’s job that well was when J-Hope and suga switched parts. And even that is such a minor gripe.
Nah, it didn't actually work. In terms of vocal line, artists usually land either on full-on Solo approach, or 'vocals as just one more instrument'. Everything in between actually requires meticulous work in order to even sound decent, and because of that is not present in any pop music. In this piece, vocal line does not sound as a full-on Solo (because of that much post processing). And it's not mixed in as an instrument either. That's why vocal line sticks out so much.
13:26 Autotune is for texture, they have tons of live shows if you wanna hear it without it, and same with the harmonies which are not very noticeable here but are clear when they do it live. Bangtan are the one group that sounds even better live, JK did the high note strapped in Corden's car.
I’m saying this again,, ON is one of BTS best title tracks in fact maybe THE BEST. Why? The vibe of the song, the lyrics, the dance, and the thing that made this the best is the passion. ON feels like a rebirth, and this feels like BTS saying yes we went through so much (NO) and now we’re up here but we must remain humble and stick to our true selves. It’s like the rebirth of BTS passion for music. It can run an artist dry to keep expressing every drip of artistry for 7 years straight and this in a way makes ON feel like BTS unleashing their passion. It feels like the old BTS but much more mature and stronger.
I also agree. I think it’s one of their best comebacks because it showcases what BTS do best- intense choreography, powerful dancing, angelic falsettos, smooth rap verses, and experimental music with a core of hip-hop. This was BTS’ era rather than one specific member. ON is *the* best introduction to BTS’ music I can give nonfans.
I don't get why this song got so much hate..it deserved more hype than dynamite [ sorry , not sorry ]..it is grammy worthy for sure..The lyrics , music video , choreography , sick beats , concept , symbolism..every thing is on point..
Pue Roy I agree, but I’m biased. I dislike bubblegum pop songs because they feel *so* shallow. Dynamite served its purpose and gave me only good vibes, but I tend to look for songs with substance. I can only tolerate songs like Dynamite, Boy With Luv, DNA, and the other pop tracks from Persona because this is a purely conceptual and experimental genre for BTS.
@@nerasomnia True..I personally like/prefer mature/dark/emotional concept..because I like songs with deep meaning and symbolism..I find it very creative..Songs like DNA , Dynamite , Go Go , Anpanman , Boy with love are not for me..cuz I don't really like bubbly songs..but I definitely don't hate these..it feels refreshing ngl..[ sorry , if I am exaggerating too much lol ]
21:15 Brianna talking about the connection between the message of freedom in ON and the history of stepping and it maybe being the reason why they chose that in their choreo in the dance break. That's very interesting
FINALLY, my girl Brianna did all the speaking for me. I was waiting for someone to realize the stepping and she was so spot on. I step myself so when I saw On for the 1st time I was really shocked that I saw stepping in the video but I really appreciated it being there. So shout out to Brianna and BTS
I could feel her passion coming through the screen (much like our bois BTS). I am inspired to look up different routines and marching bands. Thank you!
The auto tune was definitely intentional. The song itself gives off the notion of rebirth - its the 7th year, overcoming the 7 year curse that most artists go through, resigned with their company and heading into a new space as a group. Therefore to create this almost cathartic hallow vibe, auto tune is very smartly placed throughout the song. Not throughout the whole piece though, as some may think. Other people feel that the autotune is there to signify/place emphasis on the 'pain' aspect of the song.
The series is back me: YES! a 24-minute video Me: YES! higher and better quality Me: YES! BTS Me: YES! New reactors me: YES! Reacttothek Me: YEEEEEEESSSSSSSSS!
18:40 - "Alright, we're having the Troy-Bolton-looking-at-his-reflection-in-High-School-Musical-2 moment." I hate how I immediately knew what Kevin was going to reference as soon as he said Troy Bolton 😂
Yes Brianna, educate!👏🏾👏🏾 One of the many things I love about bts is that they’ve never been afraid to give credit to black culture that’s so clearly incorporated into their music and kpop in general.
I think what Brianna was saying was so interesting bc it's something I would've never noticed and whether or not that was BTS' intent it's such an interesting and amazing interpretation Also surprisingly the autotune didn't turn me off for this but I get it. usually it does make me not vibe as much as other songs without it.
Off topic, but I really like how Kevin has been a constant since Day 1 on this channel. It’s like seeing how my second gen faves are adapting to third and fourth gen trends.
"I didn't know they were that deep" I wish people knew this because they don't have millions of fans for nothing, they're inspiring artist and very good people
as an army, i feel so honored to have bts for the first episode of this season. (im not even bts but i feel so honored in behalf of them haha) and brianna's commentary was so informative. i feel like i just gained another perspective to the song and dance. so excited for more commentary from this group of people!
when brianna started talking about the stepping during the dance break i was like so surprised cause i didnt even notice that. omg her explanation of it was great and yet again, your videos have me thinking more deeply about songs and music videos!!!! love your videos so much
Umu, you forgot to mention that the dancers that start off the manifesto film are a dance group called The Lab, who won one season of World of Dance. The girl in the center in the beginning is the choreographer. But all in all, this was an amazing reaction, even if I am a little late to the party. As a sound engineering major, and a fellow instrument player, this defiantly brings me so much joy to hear BTS, even during this time of year. Thank you so much for giving us this reaction and have a healthy and safe semester. Yours truly, Your fellow musician
The main message in this MV was the last words: No more dream ===> Dream. They didn't have a dream but thanks to this liberating experience, they now have a dream. Freeing yourself from the shadows of YOURSELF ( represented by the hooded 7 members in the dance break scene, with the conch as the soundscape to gather everyone) YOU ARE LIBERATED, TO LOVE YOURSELF.
Thankyou for giving ON the appreciation it deserves because it has been criminally underrated ~ to me it’s an anthem for BTS with so many layered elements of power and striking themselves as “we are here to stay” and the idea of freedom. ALSO YES THIS DANCE BREAK IS AMAZING CAN PEOPLE STOP SLEEPING ON ON.
literally MY TOP 3 favorite song from them. It gives me everything PLUS more. Sadly and weirdly I have seen a handful of tiktoks where people actually rate it last😩 I don't get it AT ALL
I've watched the music video several times, but it only just hit me now (as one of you mentioned) the biblical references but also the parallels between it and Plato's allegory of the cave. Given that the whole album runs with the motif of one's shadow being one's biggest enemy, it seems very fitting to me that it would allude to Plato's shadows on the wall of the cave. Pair that with Suga's solo song from this album, Interlude: Shadow, it seems so powerful that the shadow (an allegory for our doubts, insecurities, and other negative emotions) that lingers and holds us back isn't as rooted in reality as we lead ourselves to believe.
Warning: every reaction video will get bland after watching classical musicians’ reaction 😂 I really like that they are probably the only one who can fully understand the history behind BTS’ music. Especially the part where one of them explained about the black “stepping dance”

Those tattoos makes MV more amazing and his appearance being more powerful...
Ahhh there are so many things I want to say but I’m not good at putting them into a cohesive paragraph so I’ll just list them- 1. Kudos to the new reactors bc they must have been a little bit nervous with them being new to all of this, yet they were still able to give their genuine reactions and also lots of musical insight! I don’t know why but I liked Jason the best. Seems like a genuine and cool person! Really loved their vibe throughout the whole video. It was also really nice to see some familiar faces haha. Love the old gang. 2. I am seriously impressed with the editing of this video- there must have been soooo much footage omg and having to cut parts and decide what to keep must have taken an INSANE amount of time. The editing overall was also just really solid and easy to watch with really smooth transitions between reactors. great editing skills. Your time and effort doesn’t go unnoticed Umu! 3. I really appreciate how they reacted to both mvs! I was not expecting that at all and was pleasantly surprised! 4. And lastly, great research about the song- from the producers to lyrics and interpretations to appearances in the song (such as the choir and marching band). You always do some background research and share it but I just feel as though there was a lot for On haha. Thanks for this amazing video and sorry for this long ass essay :)
The guy in maroon (Sam) I feel like hes saying that even thou BTS has their own struggles they still find a way to help those people around them that also struggling. BTS' music are really inspiring and the messages or content in each of their music is really relatable and educational.
I had only found out about black marching bands recently, and was amazed by their style and swag, and shortly after this "ON" video was released, and when it came to the dancebreak I was fangirling so much at the clear references to that style of marching bands, stepping, etc, with all its energy!!
SEASON 5!! :) the camera quality so clear! Love that crisp HD. Been watching since season 1, it's been amazing to see this channel grow so much in just a few years
There are...so many new reactors...that I must now adopt . Ngl i temporarily forgot how much this song SLAPS and this was a GREAT reminder (Cloud I'm with you tho - the autotune is a bit of a no). Also wanted to say: the filming and editing quality has improved so much over the years and I can't imagine all the planning you had to do with COVID - you guys have done an awesome job!!
actually the only parts within the song that have heavy autotune are the raps, most people think jimin's opening has autotune but no he literally just sings like that
@@ethanarmes3221 nah there are vocal effects on all the vocals in the song - its a little more subtle with the vocalists than the raps but I just listened to it again and it's pretty obvious. if you don't think so then i agree to disagree
that's honestly my problem with the newer bts songs, not that i hate them their new songs slap, but the autotune is a bit much, it could've been better if the heavy autotuning was only put on the raps but its pretty obvious that too much autotune was also used for the singing parts (especially jungkook's high note, also didn't like the transition from the dance break to the last chorus), but the song still slays its a good song, im just stating my opinion about a song.
But seriously though, I liked ON when it was released but it did not really age well for me because I was not a fan of the autotune. After watching this video, I appreciate this song 100x more now and listening to it again felt almost like an entirely new sonical experience. Thank you Umu for opening us up to great music and for making us appreciate songs in a way that we tend to overlook. Listening to K-Pop has been wayyy more fun and interesting since I encountered this channel. 😊
I think bts has always been a band that uses autotone as a creative tool rather than something to fix issues with vocals. I actually like they play around and mess with it. For me its like changing the tinge or the hue in a painting to that its color is different
CheerUp2 Yeah, I can really appreciate how BTS use autotune for a purpose even if it grates my ears. For example: Black Swan will never be my favorite song, but I appreciate the hell out of it. It’s also kind of why I can’t like TXT’s music as much as I want too. Run Away, New Rules, and Blue Orangeade were probably the only tracks I loved.
@@nerasomnia Then again I was a teen in 2007-2015 so all the pop song has crazy autotone. So alot of my favorite songs back then had it, so I actually love it lmaoooo. But its funny considering most of the music I listen to outside of kpop is indie, punk, alternative stuff
So, BTS performed this in Korea after they debuted the song in L.A. They used a stadium with Korean marching bands and College cheer squad. FOR AN AWARD SHOW! 😂 Also available on YT the indoor practice of ON with the entire background dancers in Los Angeles.
kevin's interpretation was absolutely amazing it's very different from like a common interpretation *kevin always has pretty different interpretations I LOVE THIS CHANNEL
The first time I saw the kinetic manifesto I immediately went back to my college days when I could watch fraternity pledges perform stepping routines on the quad at lunch. I'm happy to know I wasn't wrong to think they were influenced by HBCU traditions!
Yes Brianna @9:50 and @21:25 for that explanation and breakdown. That break was very reminiscent of classic black high school and university marching bands. Heavy percussion, hard beats allowing for that intense routine similar to a classic HBCU fraternity/sorority step routine.
I really loved hearing Brianna's insights on her (our) culture! It was really nice that she went into the historical background of stepping + marching bands and their correlation with the meaning of the 2020 BTS song, ON. I feel like I can enjoy it (ON) even more now.
Brianna OMG was like great! She really brought up a dynamic that a lot of people don't realise when it comes to the dance break cause culturally it can be different. But right away I was like omg they're stepping and when my mom saw it she said the same thing and then mentioned the krumping. So I really like the aspect and POV Brianna brought to the video in regards to that. Also I'm so glad this channel is back yes!
List of all upcoming reactions into January in the top pinned comment .. it's a Google pdf.. there's a few I can't wait to see. I'd love to see a reaction to So Hyang - Arirang Alone at some point ;)
The upgrade in quality from s4 to s5 is AMAZING!! It's so crispy I love it, also props to Umu for editing all the diff footage and audio together I can just imagine how much of a hell there would be if the footage isn't organized
I LOVED BRIANNA’S perspective and review. KEVIN’S review amazing! This was a great review. Learned much and looked deeper into the video and messages. BTS is so symbolic in their music and m/v’s, but the whole thing is amazing. I’m speechless and mind blown 🤯. Thank you! Keep ‘me coming!
I love this track, I'm one of those people that don't mind the autotune. :D Thank you for reacting to this, I liked to listen to you talking about this song.
I loved the information Brainna shared I would NEVER come up with those lol , it's so interesting that it's been 8 months since the song has been realease and I find out something new about it and the video everytime I watch it or listen to the song ! On is an amazing experience, it sounds like nothing I've heared in my life 😂 they brought musical elements which are WORLDS apart together and it did turn out amazing ! Not flawless since it's experience , but really impressive overall ! I just whish they continue experiencing with music like this for every comeback in future ! And I love the new reactors , the editing is amazing and I love the small changes in the new season , Reactyothek is the best kpop channel ! Y'all are doing GREAT ! Big thanks to you !
Everything about On feels so grand and epic! The marching band. The dance break. The lyrics. Jungkook's bridge - ICONIC. There's so much passion in this song, it's beautiful!!
These musicians are ALL deep and SPOT ON in their conceptual analogies to this masterpiece. The struggle, the pain, the rescue and freedom messages in this piece (ON)...the answer to N.O...hence, 'NO MORE DREAM.' This reaction is one of the best I've viewed thus far relating to BTS' music messages. Thanks for sharing. 💜
Watching these proper musicians react with such excitement to the greatest "boy band" out right now gives me, and I'm sure all ARMY, so much redemptive joy. awesome !
for people who want to know more about ON musical recording or some of musicians & gospel choir who took part in ON creation , bighit released documentary short film BTS (방탄소년단) 'ON' Commentary Film : Dialogue
I LOVE this! As much as BTS was the focus, they are also able to pick out and appreciate all the musical elements that maybe other's wouldn't recognize such as rhythm, instruments, styles, etc
I love the fact that each reactors looks into different part of the song, the choreography and the mv so we viewers can have a bit from each perspective.
Great start for a new season! This song never seizes to amaze me, and I love that you showed both MVs’. I'm just sad that I'm working and don't have time to do the Korean subs :(
ReacttotheK Yeah, I remember you mentioning that; I just want to do it in a ‘possessive’ kind of way😆 I like to think of it as my own way of showing my appreciation. Good luck with this new season!
I am still a fervent supporter of their auto-tune choices in MOTS:7. The warbled auto-tune is not at all present in the solo tracks but in every single group song it is overbearing and it feels very purposeful. The album cover is seven 7s layered on top of each other and the whole concept is really about the journey they experienced together so the artistic choice of making the vocals all sound so similar was really smart. Black Swan, ON, Louder than Bombs, its far more difficult to distinguish the harmonies, the layered voices and everything and thats definitely on purpose. I totally understand people not liking it but Im still a believer that BTS songs and title tracks are more of sonic statements rather than like....easy on the ears pop music. It's always polarizing and it's always saying something through the visuals, lyrics and choreo. It's like...art music lol
I've never thought about it that way, but I agree. The autotune in those 3 songs really fit with the unifying, anthemic or even haunting vibes to the songs. I love it. Plus, we know they can sing live and still sound good
I actually love this video so much, it's making me remember how crazy everything about this cb and how electrifying it was to watch it all come together!
These are the reasons why *"ON"* is *ICONIC* both the manifesto video and *MV* because this is an anthem. Thanks to the orchestral team, dance team, choreographer, the gospel choir and *BTS* I loved *Jason's* reaction to this song, he was definitely *Jungsh😌😌k.* I love their reactions to the dance break, up to this day the dance break still makes me *jungsh😌😌k*
When I watch the music video, I focus on facial expressions and gestures, and it's amazing that these people talk about details and share opinions that I don't even notice well.
I’m going to have to say that this is my favorite BTS-On reaction. You guys took the song and actually reviewed it, whether it was the message of the song or the actual music and everything that went into it. It’s like you all went into my brain, took information out, and added details, understanding, and depth within your explanation. A++ 😁😁😄👍🏽
I actually don't mind the autotune! I think it suits their voices well and they killed it. ON is one of my fav tracks from BTS so I'm glad they enjoyed it!
Welcome to all the new reactors! 1. I really loved hearing Brianna's thoughts about the influences of stepping on this song, that was very insightful 2. Sam said his analysis of the video was confusing but I thought it made a lot of sense! A cool connection between the message of the song, the imagery in the video, and the real life fact of BTS's success and influence. Great stuff as always, I'm looking forward to the reactions to Follow!
I normally don't watch people reacting to BTS but I really love watching you guys 'cause you always explore the depth of their music not only their choreos and vocals, 'cause nobody really appreciates their music and how much that's going on in their musics and the most important of all yout not afraid to criticise 'cause a lot people only praise them. love you guys, keep up the good work
I have seen a lot of YT reactions to this song but you guys just give a very mature n meaningful reaction than the childish generic ones to the bts songs I appreciate that ty, I don't have any musical background but I like it when u guyz geek out on the music stuff it's kool 😁💜

They had to autotone some portions because of the venue...that dam was massive!@!💜💜💜🤟
She’s not saying they can’t sing, whatever the reason is for autotune it just doesn’t sound good for some ears.
Yes I love how you say this
I also agree.
I love the guy going on the " I didn't realize BTS was that deep" journey
the way black culture and freedom was highlighted in this... im so glad someone said it!!! on was really underrated for a bts song
yup!! i was so happy to see it

& also the choreographer! The choreographer is sienna from the lab!

Jungkook actually did that high note section live, sitting down, and cramped in a backseat in James Corden's Carpool Karaoke as well. 😉👍
“i didnt know they were that deep”
oh have i got news for you-
Brianna explaining the history behind cultural trends used in pop is why minorities' voices should always have a platform.
👍💜💜💜
I think what Brianna was saying was so interesting bc it's something I would've never noticed and whether or not that was BTS' intent it's such an interesting and amazing interpretation
Also surprisingly the autotune didn't turn me off for this but I get it. usually it does make me not vibe as much as other songs without it.
Their reaction to jungkook's high note was just amazing
Off topic, but I really like how Kevin has been a constant since Day 1 on this channel. It’s like seeing how my second gen faves are adapting to third and fourth gen trends.

so excited for more commentary from this group of people!
Charlotte + henry combo was so amazingly good and funny
*henry the entire video* “geeks out and fanboys”
*henry during his analysis* “talks about how great Suga is with his beats and the rhythms he follows”
when brianna started talking about the stepping during the dance break i was like so surprised cause i didnt even notice that. omg her explanation of it was great and yet again, your videos have me thinking more deeply about songs and music videos!!!! love your videos so much
Umu, you forgot to mention that the dancers that start off the manifesto film are a dance group called The Lab, who won one season of World of Dance.
Yours truly,
Your fellow musician
Charlotte: Are those dead animals?
Umu: Dead people.
Charlotte and Henry : oh 😌
Like damn, okay then😳💀
lmao
Warning: every reaction video will get bland after watching classical musicians’ reaction 😂
I really like that they are probably the only one who can fully understand the history behind BTS’ music. Especially the part where one of them explained about the black “stepping dance”

I'm watching this after seeing the Black Swan art film react. They have definitely ruined all other reactors for me.
Mine too except Knox hill, I think so the way he breaks down BTS as well as other K-pop artist is really accurate and good
Fact - 2013 BTS song " NO " time Taehyung posted a selfie with face tattoo under his eyes ( what he draw it himself) and 2020 BTS song " ON " MV he's using it that same face tattoo under his eyes and even those neck tattoo also his own idea...
Those tattoos makes MV more amazing and his appearance being more powerful...
Ahhh there are so many things I want to say but I’m not good at putting them into a cohesive paragraph so I’ll just list them-
The way Brianna explained things about the history of music and everything that relates to it had me EDUCATED and I love it
I had only found out about black marching bands recently, and was amazed by their style and swag, and shortly after this "ON" video was released, and when it came to the dancebreak I was fangirling so much at the clear references to that style of marching bands, stepping, etc, with all its energy!!
SEASON 5!! :) the camera quality so clear! Love that crisp HD. Been watching since season 1, it's been amazing to see this channel grow so much in just a few years
Henry: absolutely obsessed with Suga's rap part
Me: same
There are...so many new reactors...that I must now adopt . Ngl i temporarily forgot how much this song SLAPS and this was a GREAT reminder (Cloud I'm with you tho - the autotune is a bit of a no). Also wanted to say: the filming and editing quality has improved so much over the years and I can't imagine all the planning you had to do with COVID - you guys have done an awesome job!!
actually the only parts within the song that have heavy autotune are the raps, most people think jimin's opening has autotune but no he literally just sings like that
@@ethanarmes3221 nah there are vocal effects on all the vocals in the song - its a little more subtle with the vocalists than the raps but I just listened to it again and it's pretty obvious. if you don't think so then i agree to disagree
who are these people? maybe they didn't even made a good beat yet and still coming and making faces over BTS songs...ughkkkkk
@@jiminbts2133 what
that's honestly my problem with the newer bts songs, not that i hate them their new songs slap, but the autotune is a bit much, it could've been better if the heavy autotuning was only put on the raps but its pretty obvious that too much autotune was also used for the singing parts (especially jungkook's high note, also didn't like the transition from the dance break to the last chorus), but the song still slays its a good song, im just stating my opinion about a song.

Ugh I couldn't agree more
I think bts has always been a band that uses autotone as a creative tool rather than something to fix issues with vocals.
Run Away, New Rules, and Blue Orangeade were probably the only tracks I loved.
if you need people to influence how you like a song :/
thats lame
@@nerasomnia Then again I was a teen in 2007-2015 so all the pop song has crazy autotone. So alot of my favorite songs back then had it, so I actually love it lmaoooo.
But its funny considering most of the music I listen to outside of kpop is indie, punk, alternative stuff
So, BTS performed this in Korea after they debuted the song in L.A. They used a stadium with Korean marching bands and College cheer squad. FOR AN AWARD SHOW! 😂 Also available on YT the indoor practice of ON with the entire background dancers in Los Angeles.

I LOVE THIS CHANNEL
The first time I saw the kinetic manifesto I immediately went back to my college days when I could watch fraternity pledges perform stepping routines on the quad at lunch. I'm happy to know I wasn't wrong to think they were influenced by HBCU traditions!
ON is in my top 5 BTS tracks. The Kinetic Manifesto mv is *DIVINE* 💜
I’m SO excited to see Jason react to more K-pop because “that was a lot to take in” is a common theme here.
I love hearing musicians talk about parts of music that excites them. It's wholesome to see
Yes Brianna @9:50 and @21:25 for that explanation and breakdown.
10:21 girl explained the marching band influence so very well!! More power to you, girl!
brianna is so pro black and well versed with her words and im over here struggling how to express how much i love the song ughhh i love her

I’m going to have to say that this is my favorite BTS-On reaction. You guys took the song and actually reviewed it, whether it was the message of the song or the actual music and everything that went into it. It’s like you all went into my brain, took information out, and added details, understanding, and depth within your explanation.

Welcome to all the new reactors!
1. I really loved hearing Brianna's thoughts about the influences of stepping on this song, that was very insightful
