    intention to treat effect or per protocol effect ؟؟

      Intention to treat is usually the adopted and advised option for most reviews.
      "Most systematic reviews will be interested in the ‘Effect of assignment’ This is also known as the ITT or ‘Intention to treat’ effect."
      "That means if your ROB2 is set to “intention to treat” (as advised for most reviews) then you will find that when you get to assessing the analysis for this outcome (Signalling question 2.6) it will come out as ‘High risk of bias’ because the trialists have used a per-protocol analysis."
