Do not be nervous but be sure there are all kinds of churches and people in there. Do not form an opinion about the church if you feel not welcomed or overly welcomed first. If you are a social, they might have young adults ministry with loads of friendship activities and social events. If it is a catholic church, might be quiet and peaceful. I am praying the best for you
Also, nice to do an Alpha course also. It will be a good eye opener into the majour tenets of the faith. And Nicky Gumbel one year Bible. It is just like what this lady here does. Blessings

I had never read the Bible but called myself a Christian in 2012 and the Bible was something I hear in church .
I became a “new ager” crystals , reiki and ever worked as a psychic medium .
Then my world collapsed and I went back to church and they were reading exodus and I didn’t understand it so I searched it and found you Kanoe on UA-cam .
I bought an interleaved Bible and studied along with you .
I now have a relationship with God .
Waking up with prayer and study every day ( well nearly ) has been amazing .
God is still working on me and I am definitely a work in progress.

Praying for you, Alana! My husband had a heart attack at 44, recovered after a stent, went through cardiac rehab, and is in better shape today at 71 than he was before his heart attack. I pray you will recover stronger to declare the goodness of God!🙏

Hi. I am currently in the hospital ICU in Houston. I do see that I am blessed with medical equipment that keeps me going, the weather God provides for me to feel, and that God gives me strength to carry on. I also read many of my Bibles based on my studies I received from Howard Payne University, but I take my Sabbath on Sunday. Even though I was in a relationship, I would have treated her like a true treasure, and never point my fingers to her.

I live in Texas and as I look out into my yard I see the mesas in front of me that are so beautiful and mesmerizing. Never touched by man, and that is good. I see my daughter picking butter cup flowers to smell because she loves them. And that is good. And lastly I see the sun and the clouds floating in the sky, and that reminds me that today is another day, as is tomorrow. And that is good. I'm new to my journey of becoming closer to God. 2. The light that brightens up my apartment when i open the blinds

I’m still here from L.A. I been taking the sabbath for 4 years now. I truly love it. I spend it in prayer, writing Bible scriptures, worship, praising and fellowship with other believers. I’m rested and ready to start my week on Sunday. It has blessed me by getting closer with the Lord.
I am so thrilled to have found your channel, Kanoe. I’ve just opened my heart to God & have pronounced that Jesus is the lord & savior. My goal is to live a life of less sin and more gratitude. I think soul ties are legit. I’m not sure where that aligns with scripture, but my mom, who divorced my dad when I was a toddler and had no relationship with him for decades, experienced a soul-wrenching experience in the middle of the night where she was woken by the Holy Spirit and told to pray for his soul. She began sobbing and felt what she assumed was everything that my dad must have been feeling and she felt a connection to him on a spiritual level. We later learned that this was the night he passed away. It was as if the soul tie was being broken in that moment, but she had a spiritual duty during his passing to pray for him as he entered the presence of God. So powerful. There’s got to be something in Scripture that speaks to this! I haven’t yet found it though.
Watching from Namibia. I am using my Holy Bible that I received when I was in primary school.
I grew up in church, and went astray (father is a pastor, and started a Church when I was young). I even considered myself a witch! But God revealed himself to me, and I excepted Him back I to my heart! In August, I was baptized again, and I have seen Him work! This year I committed to develop a genuine relationship with Him! Thank you for these videos they help me so much!❣️✝️

I've been a Christian for a couple of years, but this last year, I've been more willing to commit and obey. I finished high school last year, and I’m going to my first year in a few weeks. I pray that God gives me wisdom to conduct myself like a daughter of God should and that I’m not led astray by my temptation or the enemy. My goal is to finish the Bible this year. I was guided to this channel a few weeks ago. I bought a journaling Bible online that I received in the mail right before Christmas 2023. I ordered it with the intention to begin this 365 bible study on Jan 1st, 2024, which is exactly what I've done. I just finished the first study, and my soul is very happy, grateful, and blessed. I am on my journey of getting to know God on a much deeper level for myself as an adult, not from what my family or the church told me, and in order for me to really know him I have to study this text. The language can be difficult to understand but listening to you break it down and apply it to real life situations is extremely helpful. I love your perspective. I don't take the Sabbath because I work in healthcare which does not allow that. I still feel that God does want Christians in healthcare despite that. The point is rest. Maybe I need to observe the Sabbath but on a different day of the week and still keeping the heart of it in mind.

Oh no - there is no "dumbness" in not knowing how to study the Bible. It is something that anyone can learn, like tying ones shoes. We all have to start somewhere. Even if you can't read, or reading and studying is hard, and even focusing is hard, God and will reveal things to you through in His written Word and in your spirit through His Holy Spirit. This is so russian to be taught young not to write in books 😊I was hesitant to mark my Bible also but after hearing Charles Stanley mentioning that if someone's Bible is marked up then their life isn't that messed up, I underline mine everywhere I need. God bless you!

I take a sabbath day as well. Saturday is my day of rest. I just was able to start that this year. Whoo hoo 🎉I used to be only Monday Tuesday free now Friday and Saturday. So Saturday I study pray worship I do nothing but focus on what God has given.
The Lord God has declared to me through His Word He loves us even in our sins. We need to repent to God and turn from that sin back to God our Father.

I’m from Alabama. Just came across your channel and it is exactly what I need. I lost my 38 year old son two years ago and my husband this past March. We were married for 43 years. They both died of a massive heart attack. I was raised in a Christian home and I still am a Christian today. I want to better understand God’s word and do everything possible to live accordingly so I can be with them again! If not for my faith I could not have survived what I have been through! I’m so sorry ❤ I lost my sister this past August from ALS. My dad passed away when I was much younger but he wasn’t well for several years prior to that. I’m praying for you today sister. I can only imagine the shock and pain that you might still be in today. I wish I could give you a big hug and pray with you. God sees our broken heartedness and he is close to us… even when it feels like he is not. Know you have sisters in Christ loving and supporting you across the country. ❤
Hello everyone! I’ve recently felt God nudging me to read the full Bible. Jesus is my best friend and I spend time with him everyday, through worship songs, prayer and meditation. I have ADHD and tend to struggle with reading things on my own bc of my struggles with focus. So I came on YT to find someone to help me with audio so I can follow along. Funny enough I did get a new study Bible last week and it’s the ESV. Thank you for doing this K!
