I was one of those prodigals. There's hope.

3 out of 6 of my children are prodigal. One from pure rebellion and the other two from life circumstances and pain. It's heartbreaking especially since there are grandkids involved. Prayers are appreciated. Adasia, Roxi and Heather.

Cheryl..I will be praying for Adasia, Roxi and Heather. You are not alone. Don't despair. God IS faithful even when our reality doesn't match His promise. God will strengthen you in the meantime.

I needed to hear this one. My 20 year old daughter totals me she doesnt know what to believe about God and Jesus just this year. She's been raised up in church since she was 2 years old. I know she had her moment of doubt and questions she had asked about the Lord but i did not know how to answer. It breaks my heart to see shes not wanting to live for Christ. Her boyfriend is not a believer and that's a big part of why she left the faith. I can say by her not wanting to live for Christ, I have been growing more into the woman God wants me to be for me and Christ and not for me and my kids. I made my daughter and idol in my life and never realized it until she said she doesnt want to go to church any more. God is working and I'm not going to give up on her even though she's rude and so different to me since she left the faith.

We, Believers need to honor the Sabbath Day, to keep it Holy, and not to do regular work, to rest and spend time with our families.💕🥰👫👫👫💕

Can you please do a video on blended families?

There is one by Lamar and Ronnie Tyler. Go to he Focus channel, go to search, type in blended families, and they are the first up. I hope that was helpful.

What can I do? I am a single Mom and my daughter ran away during the Corona Virus and she has asthma. She was raised in church and when her grandmother died and I got divorced. It all fell apart.

Deborah, sis... Keep on in prayer. Its tough... My 19 year old adult child is the seem.. And the struggle.. Drugs, domestic violence with her boyfriend in my house, bullying her younger sister (who is 10 yrs her junior) and going behind my back with adults that are dysfunctional.. Including relatives who I have cut off. My dear... Hold on by faith and give your daughter back to her Father in Heaven-He's a father to the fatherless... Read about single mothers like Hagar... That's what keeps me going... The battle is not ours but the Lord's! I have been going this trial with my eldest since was 11...and now the younger child is starting to display... Traits... But I have faith! PRAY-BIBLE-WORSHIP-FAST-CLAIM THE PROMISES...

How is she now? I also have a young adult who left relationship with Jesus and is into some distressing things. I know how you feel, but I’m gonna pray.

Seems like the dad and son aren’t on really good terms 😬 this was awkward 😢

Also, where the father went wrong is that he decided to be a pastor to love other people’s children. He should have taken that time to invest in his kids...not the church. God First, then Family and then the church. It’s so sad to hear the pain in the sons voice. He just wanted love and attention from his parents. Every child needs that to thrive.

There seems to be unresolved conflict in their relationship. Maybe they needed to heal this before doing the interview.

I’m not trying to be rude, but the reason it seems awkward to you is because it is impossible for you to understand the dynamics of this relationship unless your are a father or son that was raised in Simi liar circumstances.
I for one feel this interview is one of the most genuine I have ever seen. Moderator understood this too since he was brought to tears. The father has suffered tremendously the son had to always be tough because his fathers weaknesses in life affected his view of Christianity. My situation was similar only mine was my mother. My father was tough but he could never say no to the church even over his family.

Watching the father he appears to look sad and depressed. He doesn’t speak, or look joyful????Just wondering why is he doing this interview with a sad face and arms crossed

please bring superstition or religion out of parenting! Luke 14:26 If anyone comes to me and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, even his own life, he cannot be my disciple. Whoever does not bear his own cross and come after me cannot be my disciple. Matthew 10:37 “Whoever loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.”
