If anyone's wondering, many things happened to Allen. It's proved that he had neuropathy and had part of his leg amputated. And many believe he passed away from a stroke, but we are not certain. He said that he had been having problems with both diabetes and neuropathy. And lastly his best friend (the guy who takes the videos) passed away.
His final song, a request for someone else. A beautiful song and a beautiful soul. I'm late to say it but. Rest in peace Mr Dale. May the pianos of the beyond be played by you.

Well, Police dude 18, First off My best friend and video man passed away 2 years ago. I have been having a lot of Diabetes and neuropathy. I also have had to have my left leg amputated 2 times. I can still play pretty good, but my recording days are over. I still play at Hogg Heaven every Monday night ,and at our local nursing home every Thursday. Thanks for the enquiry. It's been a rough 2 years, but I am doing better. Learning how to walk with my new prosthetic leg. I have a camera now, and hope to learn how to shoot my own videos soon.
+allendale1962 My dad had a prosthetic leg. He got his in 1953. It weighed like 20-30lbs. He learned to re-walk with me. I was six months old. If that antiquated leg didn't hold him down, with today's technology, you should conquer yours in a snap. The psychological part is very hard, but just know there are so many of us here who miss you. Your leg did not define you as a man. Your kind heart and soul does. Hurry, get well quick! I need you to play a song my Mom used to play on our piano. I cry every time I play the very worn out cassettes tape of her. She had your style but not your finesse. Georgie Girl :D
I have noticed from several comments on different Allendale1962 videos that he passed away a little over a year ago due to complications from diabetes and having a stroke. Very, very sad. He will be greatly missed!

AcerFan Well his cameraman got really sick and passed away in June 2012, and Allen was sick for a long while and according to something I found he had really bad pain in his leg and he couldn’t work his hands super well, and he ended up passing away in like 2017!

Sam Reinecker Well, I was wondering why he hadn't uploaded anymore vids, so I started going thru the comments section of his videos; I found that that he was having diabetes problems and had to have his left foot amputated. He also said in a comment that his "recording days were over" and that his camera man had passed away. I kept going thru comments and that's when somebody said that he had passed from a stroke "some months back"; I can't remember who commented that but I'll try to find it. I sincerely hope that it's not true and that Allen Dale gets on here and chews my butt for saying that he was dead.
