The N-Bomb has definitely happened to me as a white guy. Basically I just told the dude he needs to leave. He kept mouthing off and I just asked the bartender to kick him out. I was certainly not the only white person that had a problem with him. Bartender caught on real quick, cut him off, and told him to leave and never come back.
I grew up in a rural area and heard all the horrible racist shit. Never understood why either and I was always so uncomfortable like it made me feel like i was a bad person just by proxy. Love the content guys.
I remember the day I learned what the n word was and a lot about who uses it. I was around 12 and a crazy guy walked into a neighbors house and laid down on his couch. Luckily just the dad was home but he came out , saw him and called the cops. (This was LA in the 90’s) the cops came and arrested him and he started screaming and yelling and struggling and yelled he wasn’t going in “no n*****’s car” I had never heard that before and I didn’t know what it meant. I went home and asked my parents what it was and they told me what it was and why it was bad. My mom was a flower child hippy from the 60’s and we were never exposed to hatred like that before. Even though my town was very white and I never had interaction with people who were dark skinned, we were always taught to treat people with respect and kindness as you would like them to treat you. The first black girl I met was in 6th grade and she made a lasting impression on me, Sharonda came up to me on the first day and asked to touch my hair, she was amazed at how straight and tight it was. She wanted to know what I used, hairspray I said. She wanted to know all about ’white people’ because she had never met one before. We were each other’s first person of a different skin color. I only hope I left as positive memory with her as she did with me.
15:25 you’re right, where people do struggle with other whites using the hard-r, a coworker used it once when they thought I was ‘down like that’ and I could never chill with them again, it was weird af
Yeah I can tell you right now that the racist hot potato can come outta nowhere sometimes. Doesnt happen often, but every now and then you get that random crazy person you dont know that just has to put you in a real awkward situation cuz they assume everyone who looks like them thinks like them (which I am sure happens to everyone of every walk of life at some point). Silver lining though, it helps when people are upfront about being nuts. At least then you know who to avoid and dont have to waste any time dealing with them. Just extricate yourself from the situation and go on about your day with better people.
I was driving through Memphis on my way moving across the country with my car packed full of my shit, and two different white couples stopped me to stay away from downtown at night because black people will steal all my shit. One stopped me in traffic. The other stopped me in front of the mote where MLK was shot.
😊 I like your guys' intro. It's short and sweet. The pictures are cute and the music is nice and mellow. So many people have intros that are too loud and too long and drawn out. Yours is actually pleasant. Just thank you. ❤✌️
I’m 60 years old from Texas so yeah I’ve gone through the talking to guys you just met at a bar or something, and they start this random racist talk and I’m just thinking what a fucking ignorant idiot. I was in the military at 18 with all races and we all depended on each other so color was no factor in the equation. It’s too bad people don’t just sit down and talk, we are all the same on the inside, literally. Why the outside color matters to people baffles me to this day. New subscriber and loving the content!
Ive been in them situations and have brothers/sisters i served with go through it. Im white but experienced some bias from others who were higher ranking than myself. Same went for other races.
Never saw or heard anything racist growing up, Bigotry is another story Scotland was more about whether you were catholic or protestant than about skin tone
The Pope is a guy in Rome Italy who is the leader of the world wide Roman Catholic Church. It's like a Country inside of another Country. He wears fancy costumes and performs Church services 😊
To answer your question, yes - as a white guy, I had people randomly assume that I am on their racist side and casually N****R this and N****R with me with the expectation that I should smile and nod and go along with it, which to be honest, I have done in order to avoid a potentially crazy person from starting some crap with me. I have also had cases where people do the same thing with me but about jews, and being a jew myself, I find it pretty entertaining because I get to tell them I am a jew in the end and watch them turn Red :)
Happened to me at a football match in the U.K.. talking to him about 5 mins and he seemed perfectly nice, perfectly normal, just having a piss at half time talking about the first half. Then out of nowhere he said “we need to watch out for those “three bags of soot up from” Was one of throes weird moments I was just taken aback at how causally it was thrown in
You guys get it - I thought it was really weird how Bill Burr get black people but never ends up using black lingo or even the n word. Meanwhile some other comedians are in it for the shock factor and their jokes seem oddly sanctimonious ( Russel Peters, and even Louis Ck)
As a white dude I've had a guy hang out with me and my mates for a bit until we go to a party and he gets dropped and we go in about to square up until we hear what the dude did and it's just a real pain in the ass because now we're the racist dudes who gotta leave with this guy we don't wanna fuckin hang around anymore but have to make sure gets home okay.. As for guys I don't know I'm a young dude, who goes to parties and clubs now and then and if a white guy comes up and brings up Andrew Tate at some point (which is somehow more common than you'd think) the N word is usually coming sooner or later and I just leave those dudes to it now..
I'm white, and running into white racists happens to me all the time. Most of the time they dont even realize what theyre saying is racist. Its incredibly annoying
I lived in Toronto for 15 years. Ridiculously diverse place. I recently moved back to my hometown. It’s not small here, but it’s white as hell. There are definitely legitimate racists here. But what I’ve noticed, for the most part is people aren’t racist. They just have nobody to check them. Everybody looks alike, so they get real loose and familiar with their language. And there’s no one around to check them. So that can be a problem. You get checked immediately in a place like Toronto if you get loose with racist language.
Love you, fellas! Nothing but respect and love for ya. But yeah, i grew up in a pretty much in an all white town. Grades 7 through 12 we had one mixed kid in the whole school. Even still, i couldn't stand it when a teammate or someone in school would drop the N word. I never understood it. Even about half my family would drop it from time to time. It made me not even want to be associated with them. That is just plain ignorance to me. I grew up idolizing black people most of my life. You know how boring it is to be a white man? Lack of any actual culture, a family 50% of them were closeted racists, no rhythm, athletic talent, or artistic abilities to speak of. So when i got old enough to get the hell away from it, i did. I instantly wanted to hang out with people of different races and backgrounds. To me, that was exciting. I've always enjoyed meeting people who were different from me. If everyone was the same, it would be one boring ass world. Plus, i never understood hatred. The only hatred i had was for people who were actual assholes. If i hated anyone it was because they were just shitty people. Not because of their race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality or religious background. If they were an honest and decent human being. Who gives a f*** what they look like? Where they were born or where they grew up?
Yeah I'm white but grew up in a mixed family my step dad is black I have mixed step siblings n I'm with a black man n have mixed children n since I'm white when people have just met me have said some racist ass shit to me n I usually to scare them off would be like hmmm look at this pic of my family n watched them be like oh no I'm not racist I didn't mean anything by it. Shit like that but it's deff happened n I deff had to cuss some people out sometimes. Cuz that racist shit is crazy to me for any race bad people are everywhere in every race just like there is good people in every race a race doesn't decide ur personality or the kind of person u are.
I had just about the opposite situation. I grew up way back in the sticks. Never met a black guy until boot camp. The only black people I was aware of were athletes and entertainers, basically superstars. 😅I'm an old man now with interracial kids and the stuff random other white guys say to me can be crazy. Flipside is that it's pretty entertaining being the only white guy at family events
They have two kids. Burr has said on his podcast that he purposely doesn’t post pics of his kids or anything, just for privacy. Most of us have no idea what they look like lol
Yall look pretty young. Didn't grow up in Shreveport Louisiana in late 80's. Home skillet and chicken head. What you talking about Willis? You don't know. Hey hey hey, Fat Albert here.
The Pope is considered the spiritual shepherd Roman Catholics. The Papal seat is traditionally held until the Pope dies (usually) or steps down (very rare). Popes are elected by the College of Cardinals at the Vatican.
It's been said before in the comments that the Pope (of the Holy See) is the Bishop of Rome and the head of the Catholic church. Back in the day when there were real off with their heads ass kings, the pope was their equal. The Pope still holds old school kingly power within the Catholic Church and his army, the Swiss Guard, is the smallest military in the world (but wasnt always). The Pope is elected by the college of Cardinals. You dont have to be a cardinal to be elected pope technically, but its always been a cardinal since the 1300s. Cardinals are princes of the church and wear red to signify their willingness to shed blood for the church. 🍻
I subscribed to you guys a few years ago. Then you disappeared for a while, and I wondered where you went. Then I forgot. I was still subscribed, so I got an alert to his video. If you guys are going to be like this all the time then I’m never going to miss a video. I want honesty; not an ass kissing. Too many reactors are held hostage by their audiences. I understand how it happens, but I won’t watch it. I will watch this. To be more clear, I’ve seen too many black reactors take an endless amount of shit from conservative white subscriber bases, so to hear you guys talk like this is refreshing as hell. Keep this kind of shit coming. And lol at “son of a bitch”. We do say that sometimes.
Yes, the hard R comes out of nowhere all the time where I live and it just feels dirty. It's especially painful when it's an authority figure because you have to kinda "act like you're cool with it" -This has been brought to you by the whitest guy you've ever seen
It's always some crazy rando that shows up out of nowhere when I've had that hot potato dropped in my lap. Luckily I've never been anywhere I'd have been in a bad situation. I just do my best to avoid people that look like they probably throw it around a lot. Being almost 50 doesn't help cause I'm on the line of growing up during that time period where the word was still used pretty freely (even among kids), so they assume I must think just like them. They can't imagine that someone else could possibly have an opinion different than theirs. Also, I don't do bars unless it's with family during the daytime, or friends, who would never.
the Pope is elected by a council of cardinals; incidentally, the term "pope" is a nickname when referring to the head of the Catholic Church; i forget his real title but it's something like Pontiff; there is another Christian denomination whose leader is officially called the Pope, but i forget its' name
Pope is the head of the Roman Catholic Church. During the time the Roman Empire ruled Judea Jesus is said to make St Peter the first pope. This is all part of Roman and Greek mythology in ancient times. It always crazy to think the same people that say they killed Jesus also then became Christians and as well used as tool for Wars during certain period in the Roman Empire. The pope technically can make and pass rules or take away old rules seen as not being up to modern philosophies. During WWII the Pope at the time was known to tell other countries that nazis weren’t killing Jews, he was sympathizer for Fascism and Friend of Mussolini. The Pope acts as the head of Rome in the Vatican City where the church resides other wise then that he isn’t looked at as world leader only leader in Christianity for Rome, he not recognized by all Christians
Haha as a white dude we understand which of our other white friends or associates maybe covert racist or ignorant...so we avoid them or attempt to enlighten them...but when a random racist appears its...like a wild card shit gets dicey😊
You guys should do some Larry Bird reactions. And on a different note, If a person got beat up by a gang of gay dudes, is it socially acceptable for him to be homophobic? Asking for a friend. It's not like I would trust your opinion on it, just want to hear it.
Bill and Nia have two kids. A daughter and a son. And he’s super private about them including their names (though I know the daughters name from something he said on his podcast). So it will probably be a while before we ever see pictures of them
Something lost in society. Many, not all, but many white people grow up with grandparents or much older family whom treat them great and show them HUGE love, and turns out those people talk a certain kinda way about other kinds of folks. When you have nothing but love and compassion for another human, you can see their faults and still see their humanity. My grandmother was certainly racist. But she also would've died for me, in a heartbeat. I don't see these as diametrically opposed positions. They're rather, evidence that humans are incredibly complicated and one-size-fits-all good/bad black/white right/left are false binaries by which to interpret the world.
I’ve been commenting throughout the video that watching the whole thing. I’m at the part where you’re asking white people if they get uncomfortable around white racists. I generally check racist language hard. I check it hard and fast. Lay the boundary down that says “I don’t talk like that.” Some shit you just let slide. You have to because it’s pointless to check it every time. There’s only been a couple of times where I’ve been in a situation where another white dude was being overtly racist and I just played it cool. with them. I found myself in the clubhouse of a notorious outlaw motorcycle club one night. Two bikers were puking racist shit. I nodded and smiled. You would’ve too. Some flights aren’t worth it.
Cesar became king became pope.... pope is the King of sea ( maratine law birth certificates and Canon law birth certificates) and also the king of the Vatican........ his military is the Switzerland Swiss guard only time he is not with Swiss guards or Vatican police is when he is with the black pope aka the black General of the free Mason masonic Jesuit order in ( londineum)
There are definietly alot of white people who are very comfortable with using the n-word around other white strangers. Although i live in Sweden and our "n-word" (which is "neger") has a different history than the american one (we never had black slaves in sweden).
The pope, according to catholics, has God's ear and he tells catholics what to do! Thats not what Scripture says, if youre born again and the Holy Spirit lives withing you you can go directly to God! Plus, catholics elevate the pope over Jesus, big mistake!
First time watching y'alls content. Keep it up. And yeah as a white dude I can say that other white dudes are trippin just throwing the N bomb around. I even knew a dude at a job once who I liked a lot but I had to stop hanging out with him because even after I told him I didn't like that shit he just kept on.
Cgpgrey had a good video on becoming pope. ua-cam.com/video/kF8I_r9XT7A/v-deo.html And yah the racist grenade definitely gets thrown too me sometimes. Its definitely annoying and makes me super self conscious. Not really an expert at dealing with it
As a professional pope myself, I can confirm you are correct sir. It’s hereditary. You either have it or you don’t.

Your shout out to all the popes was the best part of this video🤣
I am a fan of anything that works everytime. This channel works everytime for me. Gold.

I definitely never been past 125th now that I think of it 😂😂😂🙅🏽♀️

Yeah as a white dude who was raised to love everyone, people coming at you with that shit really is uncomfortable and aggravating.
The racist hot potato thing is so accurate.
That, is a good question.

I've seen bill burr last summer in Cincinnati and he killed it. Probably the best comedy show I've been to. No not probably, it definitely was

The pope, according to catholics, has God's ear and he tells catholics what to do! Thats not what Scripture says, if youre born again and the Holy Spirit lives withing you you can go directly to God! Plus, catholics elevate the pope over Jesus, big mistake!
Maybe I missed something. Are there white comedians using the N word on stage?
needed help from government got help then white guy i didn't know said they only help black people smiled nodded left.
What white comedians say the N word in past 50 ~60 years?
First time watching y'alls content. Keep it up. And yeah as a white dude I can say that other white dudes are trippin just throwing the N bomb around. I even knew a dude at a job once who I liked a lot but I had to stop hanging out with him because even after I told him I didn't like that shit he just kept on.
Thanks bro
