I hate to be bringing out the bad news here but this is clearly a bootleg. The Japanese edition isn't coming out until November 27th. What gives it away is there's a DVD logo on the back and if it was the Japanese edition it'll all be in Japanese writing

I preordered the 4K steelbook! I liked the 2nd one better than the first but loved the first when I saw that one for the first time as well
I got the UK 4k which is not a steel book ,mine also came with the slipcover
