Not a company procedure but personally I select any page I need. I don't need Airbus or my company to tell me what is most useful to me. Only with an RNAV approach you need the PROG page for the height check reference. I use the F-PLN page for the distance (if it makes sense) but indeed on the approach, no need for that anymore, but neither do I need the PROG page, so I just leave it as is.
Technically I'm not allowed to post cockpit videos online so I have to censor IDs, including callsigns on the radio. Also, most flights are training flights and I might say something the FO won't appreciate to become public, so...
