I have been through the ringer with drop shipping companies, and silkscreen shops, I am a Graphic Designer and obviously have had an interest in all this stuff but hit a hard spot with another job, saw this video on the side panel and clicked it. You shook me out of my head, and led me down the HTV rabbit hole. I can't thank you enough for the info in your videos. I have bought the things I need and have my self a nice setup. I literally have thousands of designs which until now I had no idea how I would ever get them out into the world.
Not only am I doing clothing, I have a much larger understanding of the vinyl cutting industry and have zero doubt, that I will be putting my design skills to work in an industry which I have dreamed about my whole life. Good video, Lumedia. I purchased a US Cutter 871 a couple of years ago. Their software, VinylMaster is really good and competitive with the rest of the stuff out there.
I am self-taught, it took me about a year to master the software. Now I have a website and I do decals for folks around my area by word of mouth. I'm not getting rich but I am having fun with it in my old age, 68. Long may you prosper.

i have the same cutter what setting do you use for cut pressure and speed?
You are one of a few that cant complain about a Chinese heat press.
I honestly haven’t had any issues with it and I always work with what my budget can afford me! 😁

Hey thank for the info you have provided, I just bought a mk2 721 us cutter used of Craigslist but the guys did not have the software that came with it. I have downloaded the inkscape, can I cut vinyl right out from the inkscape. I didn't know that I had to pay for the us cutter software. Please let me know if printing from Inkscape is possible.

I work at a car impound lot and someone has left a plotter in a trunk of a car its a us cutter plotter mh 871 with no software to communicate with it. is the sure cuts a lot the only software that works with this cutter ?
No it’s not the only one. If you go to US Cutters site there is different ones I know sure cuts alot pro 3 is probably the least expensive software you will find.
