You should've invited a guest who would discuss this Palestine-Israel conflict from neutral perspective. His narratives clearly shows that he is a pro-Israeli.
Any legally and historically literate person, who has conducted a rigorous study of conflict in that region, would have a similar view. I am not saying that there exist no pro Palestinian arguments, legality and its proper implementation will always be on the Israeli side.

Israel's occupation ended in 2005. international law does not state any protocol on human shields, which is as unfortunate and terrible it is, is the nature of the conflict. Hamas uses human shields, attacking whom is not illegal. Israeli infrastructure built after 2005 in Palestine such as water plants and electricity plants were swiftly destroyed by the population there. No illegality, suffering of the ordinary palestinian due to hamas and Israeli counter action.
