When I was a young man EVERYONE considered Buck to be the pinnacle of quality, durability, and value. Of course, that was when people used knives as knives and not as some half-assed hatchet.
When your partners with God its not surprising; God bless buck
I couldn't agree more.
Buck makes some of the best knives in the world, I've purchased over ten in my time.
I’ve had my 110 and 112 since 1980, used so many times, they still look and work great and still hold that great edge!
From the 440c era. Less rust resistant but much more robust.
The nicest they ever mass produced in my opinion.
Purchased a 110 for myself. I am so pleased with the product and the manufacturer that I ordered a custom-engraved 110 for my son's xmas gift!
Need more manufacturing in the USA. This was a great tour of the Buck plant
Pretty Awesome. The Buck Family strike me as sincere people, they seem very proud of they’re Legacy ✅.
I just ordered my 120. Im super excited to receive such a beautiful knife.
Thank you everybody who works at Buck faktory, big respekt and brother love to you people!!!
i gave my son his first buck knife when he was 8 a small folding 1 1/2" lock blade he's 26 now he gave it to his son thank you buck knives i still have my pathfinder 105 my dad gave me when i baged my first buck thanks dad R I P my hunting partner
I've got four Buck knives, a 110, a 119, a 389 canoe (China made), and a 503 Prince.
All of them are as good as when I got them, no problems at all.
I don't abuse my knives, but they get used. One of them, the Prince, has been in my pocket every day for the last 27 years.
buck is not just a knife it's a tradition
Dan I wasn't in this video probably because I was at my desk listening to your podcast! haha. Thanks for making a sweet video at Buck that us employees can be proud of. I love your podcast! Keep up the good work!
Awesome and thank you!
👍🏼😉🔪
Fantastic video - thanks. I have a Buck 112 and love it to bits. It was given by an US Ex-Marine who now lives here.
Such a generous man and to give me a 112 was amazing. I never had a Buck before but now I am a Hugh fan.
So sharp and so comfortable to hold and us. I am really impressed and am hoping to get the 50th anniversary Buck 112 for my friend that started me off with the utterly fantastic Buck brand. Thanks for showing how these are made and the quality that goes into them.
Very best - Gray from the UK
I have 2 and each of my sons have one with names engraved. The best!
Amazing factory tour, Buck knives IMO are the best knives for craftsmanship and value, thanks for sharing
They've been around as a quality name for a long time 🤘
Thanks for sharing this most informative post on the Buck factory. It's great to see how Buck ensures quality and consistency. My Buck 110 was made in 2015 and I recently picked up a Buck 112 classic. In addition, I'm expecting delivery of a Buck 112 Slim anytime now.
As a Navy veteran who was born in San Diego, the Buck 112 Ranger holds a special place in my heart.
Also a Navy veteran here. Almost everyone carried a Buck 110 on their belt aboard our ship. USS Davis DD937
Awesome video, love buck knives & used them for 62 yrs hunting no problem,.ready for any outdoor activities .👍🏽❤️
Thanks for continuing production in u.s.
Very cool factory tour. Thank you for this. I´m a big Buck fan.
Thanks for an excellent tour of Buck Knives !!
The buck 110 is hands down, my favorite everyday pocket knife. I'm am literally in love with this knife lol I'm about to drop $200 on a custom buck 110 lol really excited for it haha
Most definitely !!! I've been an electrician for 26 yrs and even not being at work between farming, building mud trucks, hunting, fishing...the Buck 110 is definitely my favorite knife, for EVERYDAY use. Just bought a new one last night, since the one I've carried for 7-8 yrs magically disappeared. Only thing I wasn't happy seeing when I opened the package was that the leather sheath, had a made in Mexico sticker in it. I'm still using a buck leather sheath from the 90s. Anyhow....yes buck makes a great product, at a great price !!!!
👍🏼😉👍🏼
very cool!
@@gwarrichmond6232 Yea I wish the lower end sheaths were made here but they are very good quality. The custom knives come with ones that are made here in USA

You cannot go wrong with any American Buck knife! I'm looking forward to finding me an American Buck 124 frontiersman to add to the family!
Awesome video and tour of the factory!
I have a Buck 119 that cuts a free standing paper with only the support of the paper. I have my Dad's old two blade hunter from the 440 C days. I have an old 110 that slices cheese very well because of the hollow grind. It's beautiful to the eye.
Holy cow they have Thomasboro on that nice wood map at the end! Such a small little town but Altamont must make some grips for them. They do stocks for Ruger too.
Best knives ever. Have over 35 110s and 10 112s and few 119s
The badass knives in the world! I love them!!
Bucks are my favorite knives, period. My favorite folder, buck 110. favorite traditional, buck stockman. love em

Nothing but d best, buck knives..
I have collector Buck 186 Titanium, a Phrobis M19 and a Buckmaster but amazingly no legendary Buck 110. Happy with mine though! Good factory tour, even beats CRK
word up!
I am using this product, very good
American made is always the best😎👍
I like that Buck USA made knives also have a market in China.
They have a market in China because they make some of their cheaper traditional knives there.
I would love to go see that place. Looks like a cabela's
Do yall have a online store for the knives I cant find it if yall do
Coś pięknego pozdrowienia z Polski👍
I would love to work there
BUCK YA !!!!!
Does BUCK pressure treat/stabilize in house wood and bone handle material or is that done by an outside contractor?
i still use a wet stone with 3 in 1 oil as dad taught me
Does buck warranty extend to Buck 560 titanium?
Grew up with Buck knives. You head for the woods, you grab a Buck knife....case closed!
What do the dots mean on the buck 110?.
I made an order of 110&110 slim select in Basspro after wathing this bideo.. 😄
👍
Buck really needs to do better advertising, the make great knives, we just don't hear much about them anymore... Back when I was a kid, Buck and Schrade Old Timer knives were the thing...
They have a solid product! Buck's been around a long time
I have a 110 I bought over 40 years or so ago. I put it away and did not find it again for 10 or more years. When I found it again I could not open or close the blade without a great deal of difficulty. Need pliers to open it. Can I get it fixed at your facility?
any buck knives fan up here?
that knows where I could still get a Bucklite 442 aqua blue?
Who are all of the folks that are using all of the handicap parking spaces?
Inherited my grandpa's old buck knife it's a 110 I don't go anywhere without it
Can I order direct ? Online catalogue ?
Yes. Just search for Buck on your computer. I just ordered 3 knives and a tee shirt. Shipping is very fast. Free if you spend over $100.
I'm still trying to find out the name of the. Buck that I have I bought it in the mid-80s has a seven and a half inch fixed blade a Krylon handle and it says 6:20 at the base of the blade if you know please tell me I've never seen another one like it
hmm let us know if you find it
I've got 2 of them from the early 80's I remember one is stamped for '86 and off the top of my head don't remember the other one. These were great all purpose knives, I mainly used them for hunting, camping, fishing and travel tool box knife. The
BUCK 620 Campmate is what it was called.

Hi Peter from South Africa, the tour u did at exo,the works look like they were very unhappy,it look like that boss put fear into then
Peter
Seen a few videos on new Buck knives, canoe and stockman, and receive a lot of criticism on quality🤔
sounds just like pigeon from Mike Tyson
I have a number of buck knives, and buy them because they are made in the USA.
But I can't understand why their small knives are made in China.
Ask where there sheaths come from they dont make them there they come from China I know this I went there to get my buck knives sheath repaired and they told me that they dont make them the com from China so I had to go somewhere else to get it done
Too funny.. you probably go through a bunch of newspaper on the cut test
to the camera man ... less head shots ... head shot is too closeup ... more factory scene ... that's what this video is about ... factory tour & not face / head tour
Im over the bait and switch. Make it in USA or don't make it.
I love my ranger from the 70s. They need to quit making models over seas. The american made knives are the only ones worth anything. Seeing "china" on an american pocket knife design is ironic and should never happen to a "traditional" style knife. Directly responsible for taking jobs off of american soil for more profit. Even though buck is one of the biggest knife companies and is more than capable of remaining 100% american made.
More than capable probably but some people like the cost of Chinese labor.
Tell me your camera guy is using an iPhone without telling me your camera guy is using an iPhone 🙄
For me, when I'm going anywhere that I need to depend on my equipment, I take my 110. About all I see today are these silly weak looking knives with colored blades, micarta handles ect. But I guess there being built for the guys that buy them, I've had knives fail me while in the woods, no purple knife with pink blade for me, just hand me my 110.
I didn't see a single employee smiling. In fact, they all looked terrified when he was around them. Very strange for a Christian company. Went to the "indeed" site and checked employee reviews and my heart just broke with all the terrible reviews I read from employees. Maybe Buck shipping knives to China isn't as funny as it seemed at first. 50 hour weeks. 1/3 of the employees living out of their vehicles. Tricked out of their benefits and pto. Not super happy to hear any of that. And I'm going to start spreading the word until I believe the people making my knife are happy and are being taken care of.
But they also make some knives in china. Show us that horrible factory.
Bucks custom shop is terrible for quality control and sloppy fit and finish
UA-cam sucks
Tell us about the knives you make in China. 100 percent USA my ass.
