You're not alone in that experience, and acknowledging the impact of fear is a brave first step. In the Stoic philosophy, fear is often seen as an emotion that can be addressed and overcome through rational thinking and resilience.
Remember, it's okay to feel fear; what matters is how you respond to it. Take small steps, focus on what you can control, and gradually expand your comfort zone. Stoicism teaches us to confront fears with courage and to view challenges as opportunities for growth.
If there's a specific fear or challenge you're dealing with, feel free to share, and we can explore ways to approach it from a Stoic perspective. You've already taken the first step by acknowledging it, and that's a sign of strength. Keep moving forward at your own pace. You've got this! 🌟💪

one lesson that I learned through the time is that every sustainable way that actually works on improving ourselves, always has it's roots in "integration”.
there's a principle that says "energy can't be destroyed or created, only transformed", this applies also to the complex of your identity. it's never about completely erasing parts of you, but transforming them and integrating them in a different way than before.

Your insight is profound and aligns with various psychological and philosophical perspectives. The concept of integration, as you described it, is reminiscent of Carl Jung's idea of individuation, where individuals strive to bring together different aspects of their personality into a harmonious whole.
The principle you mentioned about energy transformation echoes the idea of channeling one's energy and resources into constructive and positive endeavors rather than attempting to erase or suppress certain aspects of oneself.
This wisdom aligns well with personal growth and self-improvement. Embracing and understanding all facets of oneself, transforming negative energy into positive action, and integrating various aspects contribute to a holistic and sustainable approach to self-betterment. Thank you for sharing this valuable lesson! 🌟

Living in the future brings fear. That's why we should live in the moment. Easier said than done.

Matthew 6:34 Jesus said it all. Tend to today's troubles. Tomorrow has its own.

Focusing on the present, Stoicism teaches that excessive worry about the future breeds fear. By embracing the now, acknowledging uncertainties, and cultivating virtues, we can navigate challenges with a calm and rational mindset.
