I doubt it - the best of America's legal people have failed to incarcerate him for the four years since the insurrection, where people died, or the more recent fake attempt on his life where he ordered innocent people killed to make it seem real.
This sh*t is not going to stop while he continues to live.

Thought, We learned that, back in the 1930s - 1940s when the Feds, made some hefty, "smack downs" on Mobsters ( Capone, Nitti, Coll, etc.). But I guess, Americans are incapable of learning anything or fighting Crime, effectively! So, here We go again! Feels like "ground hog" Day! Empire on a downward, spiral!

So good to see you and Ben Meiselas bringing so much information. It is very disconcerting to me that so many years went into this "plan". Ultimately, I think most of their efforts will be the GOP's undoing. I reckon that might be what we are seeing now. My focus is 100 % these days on stopping DT from becoming President and seeing Harris sworn in instead. There is so much coming about the unqualified individuals he has chosen to disrupt every department in the administration. Thank you, Michael and Ben.

Chevron shows the importance of stare decisis. The decion was originally one-sided. Intuitively, it seems like it must remain that way. But it changed the decision standards rather than the final effect. Everyone we’ve elected and everyone they appointed collectively built our agencies. 40 years of work made them somewhat balanced. If we’d never had Chevron, people would have built in a different framework. Remove Chevron now, and portions of the government become precarious and easily destroyed. That may briefly enrich some oligarchs, but not for long. Rubble doesn’t promote growth.

We need a firm foundation, we should make the judiciary the rock of our government. We will encounter new and changing societal norms, thus the congress must have the flexibility of the written word on paper to make a journal of our collective efforts. But that leaves the executive as functionally useless. Okay, we provide that the executive can participate, but also can be over ruled. They should have the scissors necessary to review congressional submissions. So, Paper covers Rock, Scissors cut paper, and Rock smashes scissors… get it yet?
