Absolute Genius way to mount the clutch master cylinder. I have read a ton on mounting a hydraulic clutch and a lot of guys talk about how the fire wall is not strong enough to mount one without serious reinforcement. Will def steal your idea! HAHA
dude, you rock this truck. and just for the record, the crossmember style of mountingeliminates the maching and fab for those of you who dont have access orskills for this
a remote on these old trucks is a good way to do it, and he gave me some very good ideas for my 67 master. the firewall will not hold the pressure of the pedal pushing the master away from the wall, and there are alignment issues on my 67 that make this look good. has anyone successfully fire wall mounted a master?
@@pugetlexus I have. I use a template of old metal gadket and made plate that sandwiches the firewall and evenly distributes the pressure exerted by the hydraulic clutch

the turbo was no match for the 300s raw awesomeness! hope things work out in pt 5 of the ZF swap!
Looking good tho...
Turbo suck in the center cap from the air filter?
Just curious why you did you clutch master cylinder like that

@@pugetlexus See my comment not without reinforcing the firewall, the way he did this one is simple and effective!
