Just tried the hip movement, hope can improve my finishing. Still struggling on straighten my arms when hit the ball to avoid chicken wings. Watch your other videos on release golf club, now is better when using iron but not wood. Some people said because my arm muscles not strong enough. Can you also make video of showing what exercise we should do to strengthen our muscles for better golf?
I have a goal of finishing on my left heal. I strive for right hip up and back, then left hip up and forward with some lowering between while recentering. Left hip coming back to meet right helps tie it together. Thanks! 🙏

So rotation, extension, and weight distribution are musts for continuing the follow-through until the end. Thanks for the 02 new drill never came across it before. All nice drills, also another good one is to put an alignment stick vertically behind your butt then try to keep your butt against the alignment stick on the downswing to prevent your hips from going forward to the ball.
Extension gets harder as I get older. 😔 My wife always reminds me to stand more upright. It looks like … If I focus on keeping my arms more IN FRONT of me, it would be be finish 🤔 I will try these drills. Thanks 🙏🏻
