It was great to see another colleague that also works with senior golfers. I agree with both of you 💯 Everything starts at the setu and work our way up. Good stuff Keep it up👊🏾
I can't thank the two of you enough for this video. I hate feeling beat up when I come home from the range, not to mention after playing, this video makes it seem possible to practice and play on consecutive days w/o feeling like I've been in a car wreck.. Many thanks!
Great insights on how to rethink the swing as I’m 68 and working on my torso flexibility while incorporating hands arms shoulder in the swing movement naturally Thx Eric
A therapeutic trainer that works senior golfers. 70 to 80% of the time, I agree 💯 At their age, we need to focus on addressing and set up and then sequencing. That's why I spend the majority of the time working on the various areas of their 7core swing muscles more than speed and power. That they can learn from good colleagues like yourself. Good work. Keep it up 👊🏾
Another great video, Eric! And thank you immensely for adding ball tracer technology to this video! Hopefully this isn’t a one and done. Hopefully you continue to add ball tracer to your videos. Even better, would love for you to add shot Data in addition to The ball tracer so that we can reference speed and carry statistics.
Great lesson. Can you guys just clarify something for me, we are told on the takeaway to not bring the club back too far inside, how is this not taking the club too far inside? Thanks!👍
Thanks! Great question---because the plane is relative to the FEET....so when the feet are say 20* closed....that new takeaway plane can be 20* inside!
Thank you for having me on Eric 🙌🏻

Another great video Eric. Does this technique also apply to the hybrid and fairway woods? Thanks
This would be a great swing to teach a beginner also.
Agreed!
Be good to gather up some senior low handicap golfers and go through how they’ve adapted as their bodies have aged. Great tips though. Thanks👍
👊
Thanks Paul!

You’ve mentioned before the flaring out of the trail foot and knee. Do you still like that? I’m 82 and need all the help I can get. Thanks!
Hey Neal! Definitely like that!
Watch Prozac golf because it’s the best for seniors
Love whatever works!
