That's actually sad. She got gaslighted by the public with false allegations, so she learned how to coped with it without even trying to properly talk about it because she probably think she doesn't deserve to open up cause the public would see it as she's "acting like the victim" Her producers are the ones abused her staffs not her, she don't have the power to fire them because The Ellen Show is not her's, It's owned by Warner Bros. And WB Head staffs are known for multiple allegations specially their ex-CEO with multiple sex allegations. This has been happening over the years not just Ellen Show. She's just easy to attack and just assume her to catch the bullets because she got the name and the spotlight but people never wanna hear the other and deeper side of the issue so they just assume and let their ego believe with what's the "hottest tea" out there.

Ellen is not a good person regardless of the staff abuse allegations. She got a girl fired from a restaurant because she didn’t like her nail polish (or something similar). A lot of actors on podcasts/interviews have said you’re not allowed to look in her eyes. Trisha Paytas said when she went on her show she was instructed not to touch or look at Ellen directly or she’d be kicked off immediatley. Ellen is an overpaid Karen with a God complex.

I don't think she really did it, It's her producers that abused her staffs and many people think that she's has a power to fire them, which she can't because her show is owned by Warner Bros. The Ellen Show is not an independent show, it may have her name on it but it's not her's, its just like how Jimmy Fallon, Kimmel, Corden show etc. are handled but it's not theirs. Warner Bros. ex-CEO is known for his sexual allegations til he stepped down in 2019 because of it. This has been going for years and probably decades for countless of movies and shows WB have produced. Ellen's issue just had a total shock because she has become this face of being kind and unproblematic person that's why the narrative have blown out of proportion and outta nowhere that drastically shifted the public's perception of her and the hollywood entertainment industry. Just because she got the spotlight, it's easy for the public to attack her with no detailed information whatsoever so the domino effect started and gaslighted those headlines-only-readers with tea-samples that everyones thirsting about.

I haven't watched Ellen recently (except for one video with a celeb I like, don't remember who it was), but let's not forget that she wasn't the one assaulting her staff. Three other people were, there was an investigation and people were punished. The other things "we've heard" are just Twitter gossip and things twisted for clicks.
