What I do when I want to clean my windscreen at night, I just switch my lightswitch to a different position for the time I clean the windscreen and then back.
@@DrMeize Why? I just bought back and painted one of those cover clip, lost by washing headlights. I wash my car every week anyway so lights never get too dirty.
Bmw e91 2005 xenon+auto: Auto day: nothing Auto night: it sprinkles Zero: obv nothing Angel eyes: it sprinkles both day and night Xenon: it sprinkles both day and night The fastest way to disable it is to put it on zero before washing the screen. Also.... you can disable it permanently with coding and its easy to do it.
Well you can t but there is a 10 min window between the headlight washing and you can clean the windshield without them, and if you do want to do it youre way just turnoff the lights for a second and then turn them on after the wash
It is not a gimmick , and if it weren t for those washers i would not use the car at night on muddy roads .. we don t all live in callifornia you know ..
@urbandriver ... If you ever had mud thrown up on the Headlights by the car in front of you its the only way to clear the headlights to see at night without getting out and manually cleaning the headlights so yes it is indeed a useful system.

You can turn it off by using bimmercode and an odb2 module. I turn them off in the summer and turn them on only in winter.

So this is lci?
yes
you are using too much detergent, that's why your lights get too dimmed when sprayed
:) i dont make my own recipe ... i buy it from the store , what are you talking about
@@DrMeize then stop buying premixed stuff and opt for a concentrate. Less money in the long run
neah ..i'll buy only the premium stuff for my headlight washers..

Heard the headlight washers are actually bad for your headlights cause the heat evaporates the washer fluid fogging up your headlights
Never happened to me
Only if your headlights have a broken seal to let the fluid leak in...
Get to the point next time, we don’t need to hear your rambling just get to the point
But who put you in the first place to hear that rambling :))
Omg... dislike ...
Omg what ? :))
No it's not, its a USELESS feature!
really ?!:)
