I know it's not your priority now, but just remember that in 14 or so short years, the children will have "flown the nest", and in only a few years' time, they will be independent. Don't lose yourself in raising the kids. I went back to university at 40 and became a registered nurse, studying full time, working part-time, AND raising kids as a single parent was no joke. Wouldn't recommend it, but it paid off.
Becky im like Billy an RM and like both of you Cougars and an X Missed the ability when travelling overseas to get involved with RS and other Church activities.
Please follow your career dreams when your children start school, i meet older generations who say this is their regret. Also question have you left god? Or have you just left the religion system?

Family of 4 in Ontario and we spend around 1000-1200 a month on groceries.
Ya that's about the same as us here. Fluctuates a bit.
specific: how did you move sourdough countries?
Haha, you could dehydrate it. We didn't though and just got a new one in the states.

It’s what I miss the most too! But not worth what it costs unfortunately.

It’s my loose plans! We’ll see what happens. I want to get residency - international student fees are no joke.
Texan here in South Auckland since 2004.
I hope you still love it after all this time!
We do $1200/ month for groceries including household items like shampoo, TP, cleaning products, etc. $1000 sounds like you’re doing great to me!
Especially considering that is Canada dollars and if covers all our household items too!
Well, as you know $1000 a month for groceries in Auckland will buy you 2 potatoes and a kilo of rice. ;-)
Lol or just a little bunch of off season tomatoes
