Haha, you could dehydrate it. We didn't though and just got a new one in the states.

I know it's not your priority now, but just remember that in 14 or so short years, the children will have "flown the nest", and in only a few years' time, they will be independent. Don't lose yourself in raising the kids.
I went back to university at 40 and became a registered nurse, studying full time, working part-time, AND raising kids as a single parent was no joke. Wouldn't recommend it, but it paid off.

Oh man I cannot imagine! But you did it! You’re amazing! It’s something I think about from time to time but I think “I’ll know it when I see it.”

Please follow your career dreams when your children start school, i meet older generations who say this is their regret. Also question have you left god? Or have you just left the religion system?

It’s my loose plans! We’ll see what happens. I want to get residency - international student fees are no joke.

We do $1200/ month for groceries including household items like shampoo, TP, cleaning products, etc. $1000 sounds like you’re doing great to me!

Well, as you know $1000 a month for groceries in Auckland will buy you 2 potatoes and a kilo of rice. ;-)
