First I’m here to learn how to re-twist my man’s dreads (he hasn’t asked me to but why pay for someone to do when I can learn how to do it) Second I love how you showed how to part it accordingly to how small and big the squares are so thank you **subscribed for sure**
Ok... this was the best tutorial for me. Looking for quick, easy, effective and quality. 3 kids with locs and family of 7 all natural...I needed this video.
Wow I've literally lost my mind on how to retwist my locs without using those painfully annoying pins. Thank you so much and what a great and swift job on your husband's locs. I will be doing my love this week.
Looks great! This is how I retwist my husbands long locs too. I just stopped using the clips on myself because I could never loop it right lol. I’m excited for your product line to come out
Hello love the video, helpful tips, my boyfriend's locs is just like that but not as long. ? When twist his locs doesn't last very long, what can u recommend products or technique wise, cause his is very coarse very 4c, just trying to figure out am I doing something wrong, and we don't have a hair dryer, is that very important to have for locs to last. Any tips I would appreciate. Thanks
Thank you! I came to learn how to retwist my 3 sons dreads for school because um.. mommy doesn't have $250 on just hair alone. This was super fast & you didn't use the clips which is my biggest concern when doing it, they don't like it being that they are tender headed like your husband which is why they have locs 😅😂 thank you
Trying to combine locs and the look like this but each time I wash I have to redo the two strand twist on each loc. How did you avoid that and did his locs finally combine?
I’m not sure if this method would work for me maybe for most of the longer straight locs. It so free form mostly. I just put water and oil mostly. Overall I can do this method for my son when his hair gets longer. Thanks 😊 great video.
Hello, I have never handled dreads ever but my older cousin wants me to retwist his. They are about midway down his back and I do make my own flaxseed gel. I would like to know a little preparation I can do or some encouragement cause a girls scared 🤦🏿♀️😭
Does the flaxseed gel leave any residue in the hair over time? Im trying to experiment with other things like coconut oil, plain water etc. but nothing holds as long as gel, wax like products. Thanks in advance!
I don't have any issues with residue. The oils that I add to the gel really helps minimize flakes. No you won't get a hold that lasts as long as a wax would (possibly a gel)They are in different categories. All natural verses products with preservative and other ingredients that help with the hold.
Hi! In this video don't use clips to hold the new growth and keep it from unraveling. Wrapping it around itself ensures that the new growth stays nice and tight until it drys.
I think his hair looked better before the re-twist. I don’t know why people like to see so much scalp showing after giving their hair done, it looks like they are going bald. Especially in the front of his hair, I could tell his hairline will keep going back because of the gaps
I love to see a woman taking care of her husband.🤗
Journey2Zee right ‼️
As she should
Say that again!!

@@sdprecords6599 He used to do them all by himself but it would take him really long... 4 hours. We'll be incorporating this technique from now on
His hair looks so healthy and velvet like. Good job ♡
And THEN I can leave it overnight!!! You’re the real MVP!

Hello may you explain his loc style. Are the ends of his locs twist with 2 locs? Are his locs combined? Totally feeling this hairdo.
Mrs. Cream They’ve been combined.

That’s some beautiful locs . Does the oil blend help his scalp
Thanks. Yes, it helps tremendously! Without oil his scalp flakes and bleeds.
His locs are dope. How many do he have?
Hello
Can blow dryer be used instead of a dryer ?
Are you allowed to do a retwist with shine and jam?
I would not recommend it!
Beautiful well done
Wow! Super job! 👍
What you do about locs thinning at the bottom?
What kinda re-twist Gel you use
How do I prevent them from loosening out after twistin them

Hi how often do you retest his dreads?
lately, every 6 -8 weeks
came out great good vid
Thankx
I see his jaws locking when you grab a loc and twist it 🤣🤣🤣
Awesome!...new subbie on board
Do you have to make special treatment on his scalp bc he has psiorasis ? Thx in advance 😙
JC VK Yes, I try to use oils that help with dandruff, dry scalp and moisturization
Thank you😙
how long does ur doh flaxseed gel last?
how long was he under the dryer?
The gel is good for 2 weeks. You can freeze the rest for another 2 weeks. He sit under the dryer for about 20 min.
Hi! So why do you wrap the dread around itself ?
Hi! In this video don't use clips to hold the new growth and keep it from unraveling. Wrapping it around itself ensures that the new growth stays nice and tight until it drys.
NaturalBeauty0214 Ohhh okay thank you !
What do you use instead of beeswax??
diy flaxseed gel or my joie gel which can be purchased from amazon. link in bio on my loc shop store
How did you untwist them without messing them up
He sat underneath the dryer which dried the locs in its place
It looks so good 👌🏾
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👌👌👏👏👏👏👏💞💛💙💚⚖️🌞🌚⚡☮️I Like how tender you was with His Head. And not just Jerking his head around cuz You feel some kind of way.

love it but any twisting gel leaves my scalp super dry 🤷🏾♂️
Try using a light weight oil or aloe Vera gel

Great info
Women are just angles!
When do you wash his hair again after this. My bf has dreads too but they get lose so easily by Washing.
We wash every 2-3 weeks depending on his scalp
interesting...i've never re-parted during a retwist...
If he has dandruff he doesn’t have dry scalp fungae eat oils
👍🏿💯
Y his dreads look like that
