- I have finally done a review on the Fiesta ST and it was a blast! I am going to be posting a video comparing this to my Focus ST soon so stay tuned!

To the owner, really great choice of vehicle. This is the exact color and spec (from what I can tell) that I have priced up about a couple dozen times on Ford's site. I've driven one without the Recaro's and it's still a blast. So I can only imagine how much better feel you get with the better bolstering. I've owned a stage 2 2006 WRX, a mostly stock 2008 Chevy Cobalt SS (turbo), and currently own a mildy modded APR stage 1 2013 VW GTI. Nice video.

Getting mine tomorrow! Glad you got it through some tight turns, that is really where this little car shines.
I had one about 4 years ago (I was 42) and the ride made me trade it in a few months. I loved driving that car immensely for about 20 minutes. So intoxicatingly fun to drive, not so much to daily drive. Have they revised the suspension since the first year or two? I miss that thing.
Right now you can get a base Focus ST and Fiesta ST for the same money around here.
They put softer springs and bigger sway bars in it sometime in '16. Don't expect a cushy ride, though. I'm told that Bilstein B6 shocks tame that rough damping a bit, but I'm OK with how mine rides. It's smoother if you go fast.

They stick even a tiny bit better if you spec them with the Bridgestone Potenzas!! But for an all season.. those Michelin pilot sport as/3's are a really excellent choice. They stick great too

Good looking car, but how dependable are this Fiestas? With this cars can I look forward to trouble free experience for a few years?
Several people have put over 100,000 on them with no issues.
there's no upgrade for the "drums".. lol.. all US Fiesta ST's have disk brakes and all of them dont have an upgrade for the brakes n rotors or calipers. only option is for painted calipers.
Only stalled 2-3 times? I stalled mine 23 times the first night I owned it.

I feel like it's hard to stall a FiST but I remember learning stick.
The Clutch feel is very different from most manual cars I've driven. It took some adjusting! lol
Can you go more in depth with your perspective specifically? As a Focus ST owner, you drove the smaller Fiesta ST so how do you see it comparing to your own car? In terms of power, handling, ride, interior quality, how does it make you view your own car now?

maximus9401 interior IMO is better in the Focus having previously owned the FIST. But I didn't mind cuz it's such a fun lil car!

To any potential Fiesta ST owners, be patient and get one without those Base, crappy, Non-Recaro seats !! :) It's worth the wait. This is a mass-produced car. We're not talking about a Vintage Alfa Romeo GTV here lol :-)
I had a Molten Orange 2014 FIST., with the orange Recaros. Traded it in for a Black RS. I wouldn't mind finding a used one someday as a second car.
Do you think you could fit forward facing toddler seats in the back seat?

I prefer the Fiesta's interior and how it's exterior looks compared to the Focus. That said, I still went with the Focus for the engine and more room.

Great video ...traffic !!!!! that was the main reason I did not buy it I live in so cal traffic nightmare at my job I drive a 10 spd manual truck all day but man looks like a fun car it only was offered in manual so I passed but still check it out all the time .......

"no turbo lag"? gimme a break. after owning a 2003 svtf I could instantly feel the lag the moment I test drove my fist.
I’m a rs owner and I am tuned and exhaust and intake and I can hold my own, wish I had the power stock as the fiesta tho

I really wanted one of these and looked all over just no one had these in my area. Ended up getting a 2018 focus St

your mini number are very wrong. 189 HP and 220 tq and 2014 there was a refresh so it's now Gen 3 f series, like BMW. i own a mini and killed all fiesta that came my way. just saying that car is not better than a Cooper s . dope channel tho

Cory Petersen Cooper s is better in interior, and speed. driving dynamics i can't say I've never driven a fiesta, but I raced one and pulled buses on that foo, he was stage 2 , I was stock... fiesta needs a big turbo to be fast.
And aesthetically and price wise it's worse.
I had an r56 cooper S and was about to upgrade to an f56 Cooper S with a JCW tuning kit. I will admit the interior is better and it’s a slight bit quicker but when it comes down to maintenance the ford wins. I go up to the canyons weekly and as far as Corning and driving dynamics go they’re both on par so it’s a tie. As for straight line speed. I think with the right tired they’re at the same pace. That’s just my .2
Nice car, boring video. Wish it was taken on , curvy canyon roads. Drivers furrowed brow looked painful.
Driving on main roads with traffic. Please tell me what you think about this car, you've driven without exeriencing any g-forces. How's the handling? can it do lift off-oversteer? is it tailhappy if pushed? You don't know shit, This is not a review, it's a waste of time.
