- Charger R/T 6.5L 397 BorgWarner Twin-Turbo dyno. This is a 2015 Charger R/T 5.7L 345 V8 Hemi with Arrington 392 Stroker kit with a cylinder bore making it a 6.5L 397. This Charger also has a compression of 10.5:1 making it a great forced air motor. The Twin-Turbos are pumping around 10lbs of boost on 93 octane on spring pressure. The Challenger Scatpack 6.4L 392 will be next up for upgrades & modifications. This Cammed 5.7L Stroker V8 Twin-Turbo Hemi is making some great power.

I kind of wish I had your setup for my Challenger R/T, though I imagine it's not exactly cheap. Oh and my Challenger came stock with a 3.09 limited slip differential if I'm not mistaken, at least that is the case for the manual transmission version.
Man Mack back her in VA got a flex fuel system thats the route ima go with my new setup. Staying N/A though
that blow off valve sound never gets old. Twin turbo setups can be a headache but they are so worth it in the end. Love the new hood also super subtle yet menacing. Nice engine build also hella healthy on the torque side

I was pretty impressed considering it was only spring pressure (10lbs of boost). Overall pretty happy!

I bought a babied 2011 redline red R/T for 15k with 36,000 mi on it not too long ago, and your channel has inpired me to put the work in to reach a similar goal! So far I've upgraded the brakes with a PowerStop Z26 Street Warrior kit (front and rear), Stainless Power longtubes, with Super 10's and full 2.5 exhaust. Koni STR.T shocks and struts, Eibach camber kit front and rear, Eibach Prokit lowering springs, gloss black SRT8 style wheels wrapped in Atturo AZ850's, and a dyno tune. Currently making 355whp and 386wtq. I'm saving for heads and cam now, but considering going forced induction as well. Keep up the good content brother!

Great content man.
Electronic boost controller lets you do fun things like raise or lower the boost with a button push, vary boost by gear, by speed, have a low-boost valet/wife/gf setting, etc. One of the great things about a turbo vs super or NA for the street is that you can easily set power level without swapping physical parts. Makes it super flexible.

the key to more horsepower on the charger without upgrading your fuel is RPM. If you can find a way to get that thing pushing past 7000 RPM youll be making the same torque but much more horsepower thanks to math

Intake, throttle body, SRT exhaust manifold, tune, LSD diff (more traction), wheels/tires, tazer....

Most people don’t realize how much 700+whp really is. Especially for a street car, so much fun. It’s honestly almost too much to even safely use most of the time.
Dude I totally agree. You can end up crashing so easily with this much power esp. if you don't have tires & driver experience. I don't feel confident in my ability yet to drive this on the streets.

Theres a new stand alone E85 kit called Eflexfuel that lets you switch from regular gas to e85 I was thinking of getting it for my car easy power gain
I like that option for me down the road. Would be nice to have that flexibility

I have a 2015 Dodge Charger 5.7 pursuit. I am using a Pedal Commander but I had to remove it due to sometimes triggering the electric bolt light flashing and losing power following with a check engine light. Any reasons why the pedal commander is causing this ? Do I need a new pedal sensor ?
I've seen other people with this issue. Are you changing the modes while driving? Or using the app?
@@RTLife I change when driving but only at a complete stop and not using the app.
I use the pedal commander itself which is loose and not secure.

I would travel off Long Island. If you're going to modify that beast go to EFI specialties. You will get awesome gains & quality work

Guess it all depends on prices. I started with the 5.7L because I got a great price on it & began modding
why won't u go e85? will it make the build less reliable ?

All depends on how much power you're looking for &/or budget. I went turbo because it's very efficient. That said a procharger is an easier install, less expensive overall & protected under the hood.
@RTLife I have a built 6.4 with long tube, four innovations dual pump. Whatever hp it takes to sit me in my seat and scare the shit out of my passenger, that's the goal.
Twin-turbos will have you crapping your pants! You'll love it

I respect it but you still only make 733hp if you started with 392 would that have been better and faster?
The advantage of having a 392 is doing an N/A build (higher compression w/ much larger displacement) & getting to about 500+whp. Once you commit to a 700+whp a 392 build costs similar to a 5.7L (give or take) because both need new internals, fueling, trans, driveshaft etc. I was thinking of doing an N/A build with my 392 Scatpack because that's where it seems to shine the most. Cam, long tubes, bolt-ons will have you in the 500-550whp range

@RTLife you can easily run 15 psi on 93 especially being forged, but to turn it up more then go race gas /e85 . I'm just running 93+boostane to make 101 octane

Very very bad. That said I can clear the MPG & give a try. I'd guess around 8-9 miles per gallon

I followed most if not all the build on your Charger, very nice ride!
Now that you have the Challenger Scat Pack, I'm looking forward to that build. We bought a '20 Challenger Scat Pack a few months ago. As I'm sure you've seen, youtube channels putting out current Scat Pack videos are hard to find. Not just Challengers, but Chargers and 300 as well. Most of the ones I've found have either got rid of their Scat, or haven't posted anything new in a few years. Some of that is good content, some of the other channels doing Scat Pack content are just obnoxious, and not what I'm looking for.
Most of your content about the cars(Charger build, and what you've done so far on the challenger) have been good content, and good info.
So far the only mods on our '20 are straight piped(was done when we bought it), wicker bill(also already done), and the hellcat lower intake. If the air temperature and IAT gauges are correct, I really love that it stays within about 5 to 7 degrees of ambient temp. The rest of the mods are either comfort or visual-swapped the cloth seat upholstery for leather/Alcantara, satin black hood wrap(car is pitch black), and some yellow accents here and there.
I wish more people were into this Charger build. I love it man, reason I even have a channel. The truth is the other content performs so much better views wise but that gives me the $$$ to mod this thing hahaa. More videos on this thing are coming - 2024 should be a lot more fun! Thank you for sticking with the channel
@RTLife I like the hellcat redeye hood on the charger better than the killer B hood. The cool thing about the charger build is you took it through some of the 'learning stages' the pedal commander, Diablo tune with the T2, etc. It wasn't just a build where you were like, "hey, here's my charger rt, and here it is now, with built everything..."
