Almost useless one could say. Yamaha uses the 270 in the r1 to allow for better performance other in cornering because it gives the tires periods of recovery. But I he r1 has almost 200 hrsprs. For a bike with 40 hrsprs it's basically useless and only robs power and creates more primary and secondary vibration. Especially in a 2 cylinder which is already shaky.

Well, they'd be wrong. This engine uses a 270' crank that's completely different from Kawasaki's. It's also developed by KTM, which isn't partnered with Kawasaki.
After getting a slip on exhaust, how's the fuel consumption been? I heard the Fuel consumption gets as bad as 19kpl when the stock exhaust is replaced.
@@geosoriaga also noticed your slip on starting to discolor, might want to get it ECU retuned. Your bike is running lean, not only is that bad for mpg but will harm your engine over time.

Running lean: Your bike inhales more air on a given amount of fuel injected, you get reduced power, engine overheating and stress and poor gas mileage when running at lower gears. Between the two, running lean is the worst and can shorten your engine lifespan, atleast with running rich, the worst thing you'll worry about is burning more fuel.

I was looking at the ninja 400 then everyone in my shop recommended the CFmoto 450. It is definitely worth it you can have a lot of fun on this bike the only downside so far is the navigation through the cfmoto app is bad. My First bike as well
I’m almost in the same situation as you. The design is the best design in sub 500cc I’ve ever seen. The sound(after aftermath exhaust) sounds banger and the features are like the 600ccs from the top brands. Two things stopping me from getting is the questionable reliability and the asking price here in Croatia(it’s about 8K$). I mean yeah bikes are pretty much way overpriced here, like 125ccs are on the market for 6-7k$ but then again the price for the CF Moto comes with the concern of it’s reliability and availability of parts in case of breaking down.
