This is one of the only base products that look good on my super dry skin. It makes it look hydrated, which is a miracle.
Is it just me or is anyone else totally Obsessed with this series?! I'm obsessed with her channel all together but I can't get enough of this series...I don't know why but I LOVVVEEE watching her apply foundation!!!! This is the first series I have been subscribed for but every chance I get I watch the older one's!!! The other day while my kid's were napping I sat & watched 3 videos short from finishing the full play list!! I only stopped because one of my kid's woke up before I could finish! 😂
I can't help but compliment your skin every video. You're beautiful no matter what, but I feel like we can truly see your gorgeous face now. I struggled with acne as a teen. It was never cystic, but it was there everyday & it sucked. I'm just so happy for you.💝💝💝💝

I use this foundation. The colour range sucks, but it just so happens that Vanilla is the exact match for my skin, the best match of any foundation I've ever had in my life and I'm 55 years old. Not only the best colour match, but the best performing as well. Every foundation I've ever used has oxidized on me, except this one, so whatever ingredients this has in it work well with my skin chemistry. I have a medium case of rosacea and this covers it up completely (I apply with a Sigma F80 brush). The way it blends on my skin and the finish are outstanding. It doesn't settle into my fine lines and agree 100% with your sunglasses on the nose comment - same. This foundation looks so natural on me and at my age that is no easy feat. I love it.

I really like this foundation. I apply it with a stippling brush and really buff it in, then push it in with a beauty blender. I really like how my LM SC concealer sticks to it as well. And with the Ambient Lighting powder in luminous light to set it all, it looks really pretty.
I have to say your skin looks amazing! !!! I used to watch loads of beauty gurus, but I find I can't now, because you see them opening thousands of dollars worth of free stuff , and most of them act like *hhmmmm whatever * and they don't review half the stuff and the ones they do every single item is *so pretty*. Also it really does make people hoard and hoard makeup , which I was guilty of it had drawers and drawers of it and I've sold most now
I feel bad for people who can't afford high end, but I absolutely love that you genuinely care and donate..... most of the others donate but you've never had the *look what I've got* , of course there are a few more like you that work thier arse off and deserve all the perks , but sometimes I think wow there are thousands of people out there that would be so grateful for 1 mac lipstick ect

I got this once when I went to Sephora in Chicago and the makeup artist there suggested this. She used her hands though. I found that using hand makes it full coverage. Very hydrating and long-lasting.

I may have to try this one. Also, I do what Wayne Goss suggests, which is to blot your foundation after application. This is especially helpful with oil-based/luminous foundations. I find that then they don't oxidize and it makes applying remaining makeup is easier.
The comparison between previous seasons and this one shows how much easier it is for dry skin to find foundations that look good AND last well than it is for oily/combo skin...
That eyeshadow look is exactly what I’m looking for to wear with a red dress to a wedding in May. Lovely!
Your skin is looking so good!! I also went on Accutane and it left me with red marks all over my face. I started using the Drunk Elephant C-Firma day serum and it honestly worked miracles in less than a week!!!

A good really cheap tinted BB cream with good moisture is the Broadway colors BB cream it's very light weight and has a satin matte finish. I have normal to very dry skin with very red and orange discoloration, this cancels it out entirely and a little goes a long way. Ive found that a brush works best with it and you can build it up to high medium coverage. It never looks cakey for me and I powder half of my face. If your pail and have more of a yellow undertone I recommend the shade Ivory.
Love this product alone for a more natural look but it’s amazing for mixing with foundations that look cakey!
Loving this edition of the series! An idea for future videos: Your best/worst sunscreens! I just started Retin-A and I'm puzzled as to which sunscreen works well with drier skin. I think it would be a great and informative video.
With the magnetic lashes, definitely apply a good amount of mascara before you apply the lashes. Thatll give them something to stick too, i love them! Theyre so easy to apply, once you get past the initial learning curve.
Hey Taylor! A really good tip for those lashes is to cut the bottom set into three or four separate magnetic pieces. Apply the inner corner and outer, then the middle. It’s soooo easy this way. Takes like two seconds and these lashes are so comfortable, easy to take off, and look so natural once you figure out how to put them on. Like so she can see!
I just bought this foundation in color Shell. I have very very dry skin.. and this looks beautiful on my skin. I also think this looks great on your skin as well!!

For anyone confused about the practical usage for the half lashes, they're really useful for lash stacking! Being able to take a really basic pair of cheap lashes and make them amazing by stacking a cool half lash on the outside is really awesome!

A Sephora employee sold me on this back in September and I can't believe I bought it causeeeeee it's $56 🙄 but I really like this product. My skin just looks naturally beautiful and I always apply it with a brush too because the coverage is the best that way. This is my every day foundation and if I want something more full coverage I go for the wet n wild photofocus

I love 15 days of foundation, but was a little bummed to learn that you mostly don’t leave your apartment for the wear tests. I work from home part time and my makeup definitely wears differently when I don’t leave my house much vs. being out and about. No shade at all, love you tons and my “the south stole my heart” shirt! Can’t wait to see who the winner is at the end❤️

With the magnetic lashes, they DO have quite the learning curve. Think about back to when you first started using regular false lashes and how long it took to feel comfortable doing them. It took me about the same amount of time to master both techniques, glue and magnetic. I think alot of people go into it thinking it will be just as easy as glue which they've been doing for years. It's not its a whole new skill. Took me a week or so of consistent practice and now it's pretty easy and I like them :)
I get full coverage with this by patting it into my skin with my fingers. Then go in with my sponge to further press it in. A dry sponge will pick up less if you feel like your close to the coverage you want after using your fingers. We are similar in coloring and I wear Shell😊

I use magnetic lashes everyday, and the way i apply them is I place the bottom one first and close my eye to keep it in place while I place the top one on. It takes me one or two tried to get them perfect but its easier and quicker than the way they tell you to do it. They also make a magnetic applicator to apply theae and I think it would make it easier.

I think the texture of this looked very flattering on you Taylor. So dewy and hydrating. I know you love makeup (and foundation) but I think there’s no ‘need’ for you to choose a full coverage as a must have anymore. Now your skin has improved so much, to me, it looks really nice when the natural variations in skin tone and your freckles peek through. I hope that’s not rude to say. I just love how the finish looks so natural on you here.

Just rewatching some of your videos. Your eye makeup is always bomb. Even on light makeup days. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Maybe aging? I'm 41. I shouldn't be glowing everywhere, anyways. Oh well. Just wish I would have been into makeup when I was younger. I could really use something these days. I have massive collection of stuff I don't know how to use.

I put on mascara before I put the lashes on. And when I use an applicator to put them on and they’re really close to my lash line they feel great !

I'm so thrilled to see this review. I've been contemplating adding this product to my collection. I'm in my forties, and I take great care of my skin. I don't enjoy heavy foundations. I prefer my skin, imperfections and all, to peak through. As of late I've alternated between It Cosmetics Anti-Aging Armour, BareMinerals Complexion Rescue Hydration Gel Tint, MUFE's Water Blend, Estee Lauder's Water Fresh, and the illuminating CC Cream from It Cosmetics. I enjoy each, but I'd like to add a couple more options. I have had my eye on the Jouer tinted moisturizer, but I have no idea which shade would be best. Great review. 😊

U should wear that very bright pigmented teal colored eyeshadow sometime it was very pretty maybe it was by makeup forever or milk makeup. That foundation is so pretty!

I love this foundation! I’ve been using this a ton this winter and it’s been great for dry, cold North Dakota winters! It is dewy and hydrating and looks natural, but does make me shiny by end of day for sure...I need to set it but looks great with the IT Cosmetics celebration foundation illumination powder or the Cover FX Illuminating setting powder 🙌👌😍💯🔥❤️

Cut the bottom lash in half and apply the top one first then connect the outside first then the inside! It makes it a lot easier. It’s still not super easy but still.

Looks like this could be a good mixer to add some moisture and dew to a drier, heavier coverage foundation... I wouldn't be happy with that coverage, and the lightest shade isn't very fair but that finish is just STUNNING and blurring your texture beautifully! Xxx

Try cutting the Ardell lashes and placing them on in sections so you have better control while applying! 😋

This looked so beautiful and natural. Taylor, I think you should leave your house and run errands and go on walks etc, when doing these foundation videos. That's how we get a true test of the wear and tear since so many of us wear makeup out and about and to work. We need to know how it'll hold up in different conditions
