This is straight up one of my favorite foundations ever. I don't have too much to cover - mostly just redness - so the lighter coverage is nice and the fact that you're able to build it up a bit is also great. It's definitely not for everyone, but I LOVE it. Also, the product doesn't last long; I use twice a week and it only lasted like 2 months. I actually use a brush with this and I love it.
Erin Dry on cheeks and forehead, and oily on chin and around my mouth. I moisturize really well and I use the Too Faced Hangover primer. I always lightly set this, lately I've been loving the Maybelline Fit Me loose powder, and I set with either UD All-Nighter or De-slick. I feel like this combo helps with the wear time. If I'm feeling a bit dry at any point, I'll give a quick spray with Too Faced Hangover 3-in-1 spray and lightly pat it in. I'm in my 30s, so maybe that will be helpful to know, too. I've got some skin texture and fine lines.

I really like this cushion. I've been using it for over a month and it's so light and fresh looking. I pounce a damp beauty blender over my face after parting it on, and it settles in nicely and loses that sticky feel. I set with spray and it lasts all day, looks dewy and the color is bomb!
EVERY OTHER makeup you- tuber needs to watch your videos. You actually DO THE WORK. I will now only watch your videos because you are genuine and honest. You are not just a pretty face (although you are very beautiful), but you actually work. You don't just sit in front of a camera reading cue cards. You are not conceited. I have this foundation and like it a lot but I've really only used it about 10 or so times and the product is almost gone. BUT I did hear a tip somewhere that you can flip the cushion over and get more product which Im going to do.

I have LOVED this since it released it looks fabulous on texture and fades gracefully on my dry skin .. it just looks SOOOOOOOO good on pores on dry skin.. outside in natural light .. itsa winner for meee
I bought this foundation because of all the good reviews it has for dry skin. I have dehidatred combo skin. During the summer this foundation did not work for me, even though i lean more towards the dry side, but now that the weather's become colder and dryer, it works great on my skin. It last longer during winter than it does during the summer. I have to set it lightly so I don't lose the glow it gives. I recommend this product to people with dry skin during the winter months.
For real! I'm pale as a ghost, but when I see brands do this crap, I won't support them. I can find foundations anytime and any brand I want. You should be able to as well!!! 😡 Infuriates me!
I absolutely love this foundation! It's getting harder to find. But you can't beat it under $10! And I love how I can't feel it on my face. I have oily skin, but if I set it, it stays put all day.
I have been struggling horribly with my anxiety and depression recently and I find the 15DOF is such a wonderful distraction for me. For however many minutes, I can just zone out and focus on something that makes me happy. Looooove 15DOF and loooooove you Taylor. #baerrito
The wet n wild cushion highlighters are some of my FAVORITE makeup products ever. Probably a little bit intense for you because I know you’ve said you like a natural highlight, but for any other baerritos out there that like to look like a semi trailer’s headlight I highly recommend!!!
Fefe Smith I've been wondering the same thing. Like, does she only use it to do swatches? If so, how many had she gone thru?? Lol I actually bought myself some dermacol just because of Taylor. It's really good but not for everyday wear, that's for sure.
I think she's mentioned in the past it's one of her favorites (like top three definitely), but she'll often mix it with something else to alter shade/finish or w/e to get the look she's going for.
Elie Laurent my older sister got the shade tawny for me during her vacation out of state. No correction honey beige, my biggest worry the shade will be too light, but I’m not afraid to mix foundations

Omg yes! I bought this a week or so ago and I can NOT PUT IT DOWN. Recently , I've been setting it with the celebration foundation illuimination and OHHH WOW IT'S GORGEOUS! I'm normally a high end brat for my base, but this seems to even plump my skin. Wish it had more product in it, but for $4 idgaf. I will buy 5 at a time if I have to. Also, I wear a full face for at least a 10 hour shift,on my feet all day and it lasts beautifully. Super happy with this one! Also, I apply it with a sponge🌷🌸💐🌺🌻🌹
I think everyone else I saw review this didn’t use the little applicator it came with and I just wanted to tell them to just try it!!!! I find they always work the best with cushion foundations. Also you’re the best! I wish other reviewers would learn from you. Just because makeup didn’t work doesn’t mean the product ultimately sucks, it could be the application process.
Hello Manda Jo exactly! Cushion foundations are meant to be applied with that sponge! If it was meant for a brush it’d be in a bottle. And beauty gurus use beauty blenders religiously well HELLO it’s a teardrop shape sponge lol

I have acne prone skin too so i can really see how full a coverage a foundation gets. Because with others, they say full or medium coverage but they have perfect ass skin, so how can i even tell?????

I got dry peeling patches around my mouth when I was on accutane and it only stopped happening about 15 years after going off accutane and changing my skin care regimen hard core. Plus I have a problem picking and peeling off dry skin patches when I have a lot of anxiety. You must be one of the most patient people on the planet. You never pat out when your foundation creases or anything just to show us how everything looks. I couldn’t stop myself from doing that without being sedated or something.
I got back ups of this foundation as they discontinued it along with Physicians Formula 😞 I have acne scars on my cheeks and those two have been the best to glide over them and not enhance them. I’ve learned sheer light/Medium coverage works best for scars vs full coverage.. (full coverage for active or red face yes but not scars ) wish it didn’t take me years to know that 🤦🏻♀️

Despite the one dry patch, this is a real win from Wet N Wild! Your skin looked absolutely flawless and a great one for dry skin. I doubt I could even get 5 hours of wear out of this without getting oily even if I wore a loose powder haha
Zabrena (who has oily skin) really loved this foundation. But since I don't like tacky foundations, I don't think I'll be trying this one. I'm glad you found one that really, really looks good and can work beautifully with just a few tweaks - yay!!!
I really recommend the new cushion "brush" from Real Techniques. It has the same applicator as the bb cushion but has a little kabuki brush style handle, which makes application so much less stressful on your hand.
I feel like nothing will ever be better than CYO Lifeproof Foundation! I finally got my hands on it & its my holy grail now. They better not ever stop making it.
Uh Huh I have been having really bad peeling directly under my eyes for a while. Do you know any good ways to help that? Or should i maybe leave it and let it do it's thing so my skin will be better after.....so annoyed with it lately though. If you have any advise I'd appreciate it. 😉
Laura Watterson is the peeling from accutane? If so it's a process, don't use any abraisive exfoliants on it as that will just irritate it. If anything going to get a professional to get a peel may work if you explain you're on accutane and that you need the gentlest formula they have. I generally wouldn't recommend exfoliating that area yourself with anything except a formula like Cure Aqua Gel and only doing that every 2 weeks. Moisturizing is mega important, I would suggest something strong but not heavy. Clinique moisture bomb is a savior for accutane dry skin, others like a heavier formula and the brand CeraVe that Taylor uses is wonderful for dry and sensitive skin. If it's painful peeling I would suggest to NOT EXFOLIATE your skin is already irritated and exfoliants will only make it worse. Using your hands to massage moisturizer gently is more than enough if you use plenty of moisturizer. If you prefer oil moisturizing agents squalane is a good massaging oil as it's healing, antifungal, plant derived, gentle, and generally non irritating and a relatively dry oil so it absorbs quickly. Best of luck with the peeling! I feel the pain
The peeling is typically dead skin holding onto base layers too long, to the point it comes off in a larger amount all at once. I have seborrhea which is flaming/peeling with raw skin underneath, but chemical exfoliants keep me under control. If it’s literally under your eye like up under eyelashes, I would be careful, but I love chemical exfoliants.
Laura Watterson I use to have really dry under eyes. I ended up using Organic Rosehip Oil and a moisturizer from Dermalogica. I use this twice a day and it has made my entire face super hydrated and I no longer have any dry patches under my eyes or anywhere else. Always keep your skin hydrated😊
I absolutely *LOVE* the way this foundation sits on my skin. I wear the lightest shade and its perfect. I use the applicator that it comes with and then bounce with a flower beauty sponge and its so smooth and perfectly dewy. The only downside is if I wear it too often (7+ days in a row) i start to breakout a tiny bit. I would wear it every day if otherwise!

I'm usually a FULL coverage/face or no makeup at all, but I like something easier now and then and changing it up. Love this foundation with the Milani prep+set+glow power to set - It keeps the luminosity in the finish but takes away the tacky feeling. Love that combo on my dry skin and such a good value!!
All I meant was it seems wasteful because cushion foundations comes with less product in it yet it’s more expensive than a regular bottle of foundation so if you are not into using the cushion may as well get a different formula and not the cushion. No ones gross....As long as they aren’t sharing it with the homeless
Cailin So do you not use a brush in pressed powders or eyeshadows that come with sponge tips? If they cime with an applicator, yiu should use that instead of brushes, right? The point of a cushion foundation is to have a cushion soaked with foundation, making it compact and easy to use. It doesn't matter how you apply it. Some people use it with the puff included, some use it with a brush, some use it with a beauty blender. Whatever way works best for you. Step off your high horse. Makeup is supposed to be fun. There are no rules.
I was told a couple years ago that if something with sunscreen has either titanium dioxide or zinc oxide in it, you really don't need anything above 15 SPF. I've personally tested this and I burn if I'm in the sun for like 20 minutes, I burn very easily. It's mostly true! This foundation contains both of those ingredients so that might be why the SPF is so low, because the ingredients in it are legit! ❤️❤️❤️

Check out Estee Lauder's Double Wear and Dermablend Cameo Foundation! They are definitely up there in price compared to most drugstore foundations but they don't break my sensitive skin out :) Best of luck xo
Idk if you meant that you wanted to try products that are more natural or an actual look that seems more natural but I love the it cosmetics cc cream. You can get light coverage or almost full, depending on how much you apply. It's pretty dewy but not oily or greasy, it looks healthy. Doesn't break me out, my skin actually looks better after I take it off compared to other foundations. Hides blemishes well, doesn't emphasize dryness or texture.

I feel like your lighting is too bright It washes you out and is difficult to tell anything about the make up as your applying it. If you weren't describing what you felt I wouldn't be able to tell anything from watching application. I love your videos and 15 days of foundation. That's just my feed back. Something I've noticed for the passed few videos. Thank goodness for your shots in natural lighting.
I think the screen you are all watching on is poorly calibrated. If it's a computer monitor, look up how to properly calibrate your color settings. If it's a phone screen, go into your settings and see if you can turn off any special color modes that are always turned on by default on phones. My monitor is properly calibrated and her videos look perfect.
gosh i'm so jealous, i was excited to try this foundation since my skin has decided to randomly switch to being dry and it creased and settled into wrinkles i didn't even know i had, especially on my forehead, before i'd even finished putting it on. just goes to show how arbitrary makeup really is on a person to person basis.

I have LOVED this since it released it looks fabulous on texture and fades gracefully on my dry skin .. it just looks SOOOOOOOO good on pores on dry skin.. outside in natural light .. itsa winner for meee
I bought this foundation because of all the good reviews it has for dry skin. I have dehidatred combo skin. During the summer this foundation did not work for me, even though i lean more towards the dry side, but now that the weather's become colder and dryer, it works great on my skin. It last longer during winter than it does during the summer. I have to set it lightly so I don't lose the glow it gives. I recommend this product to people with dry skin during the winter months.

The wet n wild cushion highlighters are some of my FAVORITE makeup products ever. Probably a little bit intense for you because I know you’ve said you like a natural highlight, but for any other baerritos out there that like to look like a semi trailer’s headlight I highly recommend!!!

Fefe Smith I've been wondering the same thing. Like, does she only use it to do swatches? If so, how many had she gone thru?? Lol I actually bought myself some dermacol just because of Taylor. It's really good but not for everyday wear, that's for sure.
I think she's mentioned in the past it's one of her favorites (like top three definitely), but she'll often mix it with something else to alter shade/finish or w/e to get the look she's going for.
I love using dermacol to spot conceal when I get bad breakouts!
I was thinking the same about the Maybelline fit me yesterday since she says she doesn’t like it and probably only use it for swatches!
I’ve never used dermacol on its own personally, I always mix mine in with other foundations.

Omg yes! I bought this a week or so ago and I can NOT PUT IT DOWN. Recently , I've been setting it with the celebration foundation illuimination and OHHH WOW IT'S GORGEOUS! I'm normally a high end brat for my base, but this seems to even plump my skin. Wish it had more product in it, but for $4 idgaf. I will buy 5 at a time if I have to. Also, I wear a full face for at least a 10 hour shift,on my feet all day and it lasts beautifully. Super happy with this one! Also, I apply it with a sponge🌷🌸💐🌺🌻🌹

I think everyone else I saw review this didn’t use the little applicator it came with and I just wanted to tell them to just try it!!!! I find they always work the best with cushion foundations.
Also you’re the best! I wish other reviewers would learn from you. Just because makeup didn’t work doesn’t mean the product ultimately sucks, it could be the application process.
Hello Manda Jo exactly! Cushion foundations are meant to be applied with that sponge! If it was meant for a brush it’d be in a bottle. And beauty gurus use beauty blenders religiously well HELLO it’s a teardrop shape sponge lol
I didn't use the applicator and now I will def try that. I can't wait to see how much better it will be.

I love this foundation. I wish so bad it had more coverage, but for my dry as a desert skin it looks so flawless.
I got dry peeling patches around my mouth when I was on accutane and it only stopped happening about 15 years after going off accutane and changing my skin care regimen hard core. Plus I have a problem picking and peeling off dry skin patches when I have a lot of anxiety. You must be one of the most patient people on the planet. You never pat out when your foundation creases or anything just to show us how everything looks. I couldn’t stop myself from doing that without being sedated or something.

I got back ups of this foundation as they discontinued it along with Physicians Formula 😞 I have acne scars on my cheeks and those two have been the best to glide over them and not enhance them. I’ve learned sheer light/Medium coverage works best for scars vs full coverage.. (full coverage for active or red face yes but not scars ) wish it didn’t take me years to know that 🤦🏻♀️

Despite the one dry patch, this is a real win from Wet N Wild! Your skin looked absolutely flawless and a great one for dry skin. I doubt I could even get 5 hours of wear out of this without getting oily even if I wore a loose powder haha

Zabrena (who has oily skin) really loved this foundation. But since I don't like tacky foundations, I don't think I'll be trying this one. I'm glad you found one that really, really looks good and can work beautifully with just a few tweaks - yay!!!
I love cushion foundations but I don't like using the applicators. I prefer using a brush for maximum coverage then smoothing it out with a sponge.
I use the flat side of my beauty blender and it applies like a dream!! LOVE this series!!

I really recommend the new cushion "brush" from Real Techniques. It has the same applicator as the bb cushion but has a little kabuki brush style handle, which makes application so much less stressful on your hand.

Uh Huh I have been having really bad peeling directly under my eyes for a while. Do you know any good ways to help that? Or should i maybe leave it and let it do it's thing so my skin will be better after.....so annoyed with it lately though. If you have any advise I'd appreciate it. 😉
Laura Watterson is the peeling from accutane? If so it's a process, don't use any abraisive exfoliants on it as that will just irritate it. If anything going to get a professional to get a peel may work if you explain you're on accutane and that you need the gentlest formula they have. I generally wouldn't recommend exfoliating that area yourself with anything except a formula like Cure Aqua Gel and only doing that every 2 weeks. Moisturizing is mega important, I would suggest something strong but not heavy. Clinique moisture bomb is a savior for accutane dry skin, others like a heavier formula and the brand CeraVe that Taylor uses is wonderful for dry and sensitive skin. If it's painful peeling I would suggest to NOT EXFOLIATE your skin is already irritated and exfoliants will only make it worse. Using your hands to massage moisturizer gently is more than enough if you use plenty of moisturizer. If you prefer oil moisturizing agents squalane is a good massaging oil as it's healing, antifungal, plant derived, gentle, and generally non irritating and a relatively dry oil so it absorbs quickly. Best of luck with the peeling! I feel the pain
Laura Watterson have you tried any under eye creams that are just moisturizing?
The peeling is typically dead skin holding onto base layers too long, to the point it comes off in a larger amount all at once. I have seborrhea which is flaming/peeling with raw skin underneath, but chemical exfoliants keep me under control. If it’s literally under your eye like up under eyelashes, I would be careful, but I love chemical exfoliants.
Laura Watterson I use to have really dry under eyes. I ended up using Organic Rosehip Oil and a moisturizer from Dermalogica. I use this twice a day and it has made my entire face super hydrated and I no longer have any dry patches under my eyes or anywhere else. Always keep your skin hydrated😊
I absolutely *LOVE* the way this foundation sits on my skin. I wear the lightest shade and its perfect. I use the applicator that it comes with and then bounce with a flower beauty sponge and its so smooth and perfectly dewy. The only downside is if I wear it too often (7+ days in a row) i start to breakout a tiny bit. I would wear it every day if otherwise!
I sometimes wish that cushion formulas came in pump bottles!

I love what you do!! I bought this today since I've been on a hunt for weeks for more natural less makeupy makeup for the summer lol. I'm usually a FULL coverage/face or no makeup at all, but I like something easier now and then and changing it up. Love this foundation with the Milani prep+set+glow power to set - It keeps the luminosity in the finish but takes away the tacky feeling. Love that combo on my dry skin and such a good value!!

All I meant was it seems wasteful because cushion foundations comes with less product in it yet it’s more expensive than a regular bottle of foundation so if you are not into using the cushion may as well get a different formula and not the cushion. Cailin So do you not use a brush in pressed powders or eyeshadows that come with sponge tips? If they cime with an applicator, yiu should use that instead of brushes, right? The point of a cushion foundation is to have a cushion soaked with foundation, making it compact and easy to use. It doesn't matter how you apply it. Some people use it with the puff included, some use it with a brush, some use it with a beauty blender. Whatever way works best for you. Step off your high horse. Makeup is supposed to be fun. There are no rules.
I was told a couple years ago that if something with sunscreen has either titanium dioxide or zinc oxide in it, you really don't need anything above 15 SPF. I've personally tested this and I burn if I'm in the sun for like 20 minutes, I burn very easily. It's mostly true! This foundation contains both of those ingredients so that might be why the SPF is so low, because the ingredients in it are legit! ❤️❤️❤️

Hopefully I can have clear skin again because makeup fucked it up. Also looking for makeup that won't break me out. Just bought CoverGirl bb cream and planning to go more natural. Definitely seeing some progress! For you guys that want to buy makeup or any skin care products but are afraid that it will break you out. Check out Estee Lauder's Double Wear and Dermablend Cameo Foundation! They are definitely up there in price compared to most drugstore foundations but they don't break my sensitive skin out :) Best of luck xo
Idk if you meant that you wanted to try products that are more natural or an actual look that seems more natural but I love the it cosmetics cc cream. You can get light coverage or almost full, depending on how much you apply. It's pretty dewy but not oily or greasy, it looks healthy. Doesn't break me out, my skin actually looks better after I take it off compared to other foundations. Hides blemishes well, doesn't emphasize dryness or texture.

I feel like your lighting is too bright
It washes you out and is difficult to tell anything about the make up as your applying it. If you weren't describing what you felt I wouldn't be able to tell anything from watching application. I love your videos and 15 days of foundation. That's just my feed back. Something I've noticed for the passed few videos. Thank goodness for your shots in natural lighting.

I think the screen you are all watching on is poorly calibrated. If it's a computer monitor, look up how to properly calibrate your color settings. If it's a phone screen, go into your settings and see if you can turn off any special color modes that are always turned on by default on phones. My monitor is properly calibrated and her videos look perfect.

gosh i'm so jealous, i was excited to try this foundation since my skin has decided to randomly switch to being dry and it creased and settled into wrinkles i didn't even know i had, especially on my forehead, before i'd even finished putting it on. just goes to show how arbitrary makeup really is on a person to person basis.
