That vote has no meaning. It has been an internationally recognized fact (also by russia) that no vote can be legal if the area is already occupied by the state the area is voting on joining.
Russian troops were present ergo no annexation based on that vote is legal.
Look, I can't stand Trump, but I'm telling you I'm from Ohio around Columbus and Hillary is not winning here. In liberal Columbus and Cleveland, seeing with my own eyes and from talking to people Trump is dominating there and with just those two cities not even counting Cincinnati he would take Ohio. Honestly ,we all know Trump is going to win. Even if i did want Hillary to win it would be very hard and shameful to actualy stand in the queue and push the blue button for Hillary. I'd feel depressed after walking out of the booth.

I know even i'm shocked but Hillary clearly Hates 'THE CREMLINS' @ Russia, and i also felt she HATES men . Did you notice how she kept saying do more for the "women and children." For the "poorly educated", Trump won. He constantly avoided policy questions by deflecting on Hillary. For a group of people who don't care or wouldn't even spend time to read policy proposals it would look like he won.
For people that actually wanted to hear policy proposals and how each candidate would implement theirs, Clinton was the winner by default. She actually answered the questions.
I don't think the debate helped or hurt either candidate much.

How can anyone say that Trump won this debate?
The answers he gave to a couple of questions had nothing to do with the questions asked of him (the moderators had to remind him what the question was in order to give him another chance to answer said question - meaning, time was wasted), complaining about the moderators wanting to move on to more voter questions instead of allowing him to filibuster further, and whining about how the moderators were playing favorites by giving Clinton more time to answer questions while shortening his.
That's not a win - that's a spoiled child whining about not getting his way.

I've gained a lot of respect for Cenk during this election. He has been extremely level headed and has been doing his best to provide a non biased pov. I know he doesn't want Trump to win, but he will openly say what's wrong with Hillary. The rest of the panel is lacking.
Also, Trump never said he would put Hillary in jail. He just said he would have a special investigation done. Which by law the president has to do anyways if it looks like someone is guilty of Treason. Trump has no choice. By law he has to do this.

Certainly most of the people I know here, even on the right, mainly dread the idea of a Trump presidency and he really should be very easy to blow out of the water but somehow Hillary and her people seem incapable of doing that. I'm feeling that way too. They Secular Talk and Jimmy Dore were calling this election better than Cenk. In this debate Cenk seemed to understand how people would view it. If Cenk still thinks that Trump won the debate he may still be in touch with the public's opinion, but he miss read their opinions through most of the general till now.
Secular talk, The Humanist Report and Jimmy Dore all are more in touch with the public than TYT. I like them all though because they speak the truth.
Even though I wish Ana was there too, this has to be a top 10 TYT video for me. Having the news read to me in a snarky tone of voice is mildly entertaining, but TYT is at its best when the hosts argue intelligently as they do here. There are often many valid ways to interpret a news event and it is very helpful to have them explored. Thank you.

The bar for Trump was set so low, that as long as he didn't have a nervous breakdown and fling literal faeces around is considered a plus for him. But the bar for a Presidential debate should Not be low. It must be high. And again Trump fialed.
He rambled, he could not hold a straight thought through any question. He showed an utter lack of understanding of important policies, and he acted like a bully stomping around the stage trying to dominate the room, but all it did was make him look like a creep and little lost and out of comfort zone, and childish in his bitching and complaining.
Hilary was rather flat, almost zoned out in the latter part. There were a lot of hits Trump threw that were Begging to be counter punched, but she let them slide. I felt that Hilary felt tired of being there, and wanted to be debating someone - Anyone - else other than this reality TV crap.

It only matters to his base though. I mean at this point how many people are really undecided between Clinton and Trump? If someone hates Trump, they aren't going to vote Clinton. They will either not vote or go 3rd party. The people already on team Clinton or 3rd party aren't going to switch to Trump

I didnt think trump won at all. He deflected everything, didnt answer questions and blamed everyone, he claimed everyone was against him and played the victim. I think trump needs to prove he can do a better job than Hillary and all he is doing is blaming but not showing how he can make it better, meanwhile blaming other people for bad things he has done.
Who would vote for someone who openly admits to exploiting the system for personal gain and then blames politicians for making the law in the first place? It only means he will try to propose new financial laws which can have gaping loopholes to exploit even more.

I consider The Young Turks a breath of fresh air. I will still watch and support them. I also understand that the panel to provide commentary for this 2nd debate might have been scheduled far in advance. Still, it seems like an oversight that a woman was not on the panel when the recent Trump/Billy Bush tape scandal clearly reflected women's issues. Four men decided that Trump won the debate without a woman giving her opinion on what her expectations for the debate where and if Trump won based on those expectations. I don't want to place any single woman to 'speak on behalf' of 'her kind' but a woman's voice would have been appreciated in the moment. I KNOW that Ana and Kim and Grace and Hannah and Samantha and Christy might have their opinions voiced this week. However, I would have liked to see them on the panel tonight. You people are still great and I plan on watching the third debate through the TYT lens regardless of my current critique.

I so disagree with TYT here. Clinton won this debate, especially when it came down to policy. I think Trump merely surpassed expectations - basically succeeding in jumping a low bar, giving the illusion of a better debate performance.

I think people were sort of outraged at the trump video, but then when all the media and the politicians pounced on it, people lost some of that outrage again.

I just watched the entire debate. By any rational measure Trump lost resoundingly, and he lost at every turn and on every point. If you haven't watched the debate yourself, do so at the first opportunity. Don't rely on second-hand accounts.

Last night Trump floated around the debate stage like an untethered, hot-air balloon. At first I laughed and then I became shocked as it appeared he was suffering form a kind of psychotic fugue brought on by his massive rage at HRC. I'm sure that no woman has ever outsmarted and insulted him like HRC has. After he loomed up at her back several times, I began to fear that he would grope or choke her. She really got under his skin, and showed a lot of composure to simply ignore that lard ass turd, however, I wish she'd said, "Donald, are you going to grope me?" Had she said that, it would have brought the house down.
Pursuant to that, I have no idea why that ninny, Anderson Cooper, didn't tell Pumpkin Head Trump to sit down and behave like a presidential candidate. It was almost as bad just listening to Trump speak as it was to watch his menacing presence. His talk was Sarah Palin all over again. I don't think Trump even knows that we killed Bin Laden and Abu al-Adnani. He has certainly never acknowledged those facts.
Late in the debate, I began to laugh at Trump and joke about the cork in his ass popping out and releasing all his hot air. It was fun to imagine him flying about the stage and ending up a rumpled, but empty suit on the floor. Trump is zero content and zero class.
