Its a theater group Darren and his friends made when they were in collage and they make and produce their own musicals, plays and sketch shows. He's still apart of Team Starkid but because of glee he hasn't been as active in it.

Lakin Bateman A fabulous Internet group that makes musicals. Darren was one of their cofounders. He was Harry Potter in A Very Potter Musical (AVPM), and Toby Philips in Little White Lie (a webseries). (Technically, LWL and AVPM were done before they officially became "Team Starkid") Then he got the role on GLEE, and since hasn't had a lot of time to do stuff with them. He did reprise as Harry Potter in A Very Potter Sequel and A Very Potter Senior Year, and came back for the Very Potter Reunion. He wrote a lot of their original music too. (He still goes to their shows. Starship had a joke that aimed directly at him, courtesy of Joe Walker's wink.)
