I’m so glad we have you breaking down these songs from a biblical perspective. You’ve got to do (Screen, The Judge, Message Man and Doubt) great meanings to those! Keep it up...love the videos
Thank you very much! Jesus saved my life so I will always give him the Glory and tell others about him. I will definitely add these to the list. God Bless and thanks for the support!
@@gametchanger it's very short, and sweet, and to the point 👉👈 but Truce, is one of my favorites. As it seems to be Tyler, singing from friends & fans point of view, of Tyler & his struggle. It really let's you in, to Tyler's emotions & how moved he is by all who support him, and tell him to push on. I've been learning the song Acapella, so I can sing it around my "Suicidal" leaning friends. I'm learning Truce & Lovely. Good messages.
When Tyler is singing about how God gives him his heart to drive away or walk away with, it also depicts how it’s a free gift. Tyler didn’t do anything do earn Gods grace and mercy and Jesus’s ultimate sacrifice because he can’t. And I think the lyrics in this song are such a lovely way to put it.
Amen and thank you for pointing that out. It's all about Jesus and salvation is a free gift. God Bless you and thank you for always having awesome comments!
personally from a fans perspective and knowing how tyler is with us - i always liked to think of it as him pleading that he would take all our struggles, all of our bad thoughts, to send all those broken people his way and he would take it for us, he would take that burden and this realisation of us giving him our hearts and souls when we love his music so helps him understand why he will do that - he understands now why jesus/God died for humanity and took our sin - and he's prepared to do the same - the whole crept in her room while i was gone, the demons on her porch - to me this is him realising himself why he can't continue down this road in this car, why he needs to turn back because while he's gone, while we don't have his music to help us feel a little less lonely, this is when the thoughts and the demons strike, when we're vulnerable i knew my skin, that wrapped my frame, wasn't made to play this game - maybe he's not strong enough to hold all this, to make a deal with the devil or make a deal with God for us and take our suffering and stories and maybe it will be his death in the end but he'll try, he'll try for us - "i'll take the grave, please just send them all my way"
My interpretation is that his friend is struggling and he realized that she will commit suicide. He wants to take her place, and that helps him understand why Jesus died for us. After hearing your perspective, I wouldn't be too surprised if he had a double meaning. The lyrics are always so clever. Another good song (well... They're all good lol) is March to the Sea
I have always loved this songs lyrics. Tyler has an amazing talent for writing songs with symbolism and that have sick beats. Congrats on reaching 1.54K!🤩
I'm not very religious, but I love this song anyway. Also the way Tyler brings these things out, the feeling is contagious. The music is uplifting and his vocals & with his own backing just beautiful. "March to the sea" next?
Absolutely I'll be doing that song this week and thank you for sharing! If you get the chance check out the everything skit I pinned to this video. God Bless and thank you for the comment!
Heck yeah dude! Good song and I think it is about a dark world. Like when he said God died I think he means Jesus. He now understands why Jesus died. Jesus died because of all the sin in this world, all the sinful people. That’s what I love about this song. It makes so much sense.
@@gametchanger I’ve got one that is open to interpretation. I never really knew what the artist was trying to say but I take a Christian view on it. Song is Hell by Jordan Max. Really good song and I think you’ll love it. It mentions that “only one is king”
Actually, the people with the torch were the demons. He had been seeing her demons, and now he is talking to it. They showed him the plans they had for her, and he decided he loved her so much, that he would take the grave, and the demons should send everything that they had planned for him his way. The same way Jesus loved us so much he took the grace and took everything the demons were planning for us.
