common problem coz of the regen hardly ever lets the breaks engage. many people have reported the break pads actually can delaminate due to rust or something. I try to pump the breaks up right after I start the car, and let the breaks kind of grind a little during the first few stops. not sure if it helps

I talked to another mechanic yesterday and they asked if the pins were hard to pull out, mine were and he said that’s most likely the cause.
