    I just learned that 10% population doesn’t like cilantro because they taste cilantro like soap due to the possession of cilantro soap gene. Cilantro as garnish for this dish is optional, although it’s a must for my family.

    Too saucy from original recipe. Cilantro is completely optional as many people don't like it.

      Thank you so much for your feedback. If it is too saucy, you can add one more egg to absorb the juice or cook a little longer to dry out the juice. Yes, cilantro is just my favorite garnish, you can skip it or use other type of garnish. Thank you for helping me improve 🥰
