I wanna see you take the jackpot out the fruit machine
And put it all back in
You've got to understand that you can never beat the bandit, no
And she won't be surprised and she won't be shocked
When she's pressed the star after she's pressed unlock
And there's verse and chapter sat in her inbox
And all that is said is that you've drank a lot
And you should bear that in mind tonight
Bear that in mind, yeah
You should bear that in mind tonight
Bear that in mind
And you can pour your heart out
For a reason it would block
Oh, you send her after nine o'clock
Anticipation has a habit to set you up
For disappointment in evening entertainment but
Tonight there'll be some love
Tonight there'll be a ruckus, yeah, regardless of what's gone before
And she won't be surprised and she won't be shocked
When she's pressed the star after she's pressed unlock
And there's verse and chapter sat in her inbox
And all that is said is that you've drank a lot
And you should bear that in mind tonight
Bear that in mind, yeah
You should bear that in mind tonight
Bear that in mind
And you can pour your heart out
Around three o'clock
When the two-for-ones have done the writer's block
Listening in 2024. I was in my teens when this came out and i still love it nearly 20 yrs later. Still one of the greatest debut albums ever.
I also feel like the guy in the video since this song is really hard to play on guitar. Struggling to play but the joy keeps me going and I have been playing this song non stop to every one's annoyance.
still their best album.

Matt Helders = Drums
Every now and then you stumble upon something you are not only good at, but you were born to do
Dude I started to have goosebumps once he started singing. Yeah they are that great
Have a nice day
Came back here just to remind myself that Matt can drum after listening to Tranquillity Base Hotel and Casino fml
Kallum 100 percent agreed, in the same boat😭
I just farted and it smelled like Rotten eggs
Go to listen to Brianstorm lmfao
the greatest musicians are those who will fit to the song
I just saw them with Mini Mansions in concert and at the end of one song (might've been Brianstorm, can't remember) he went at it for about 30 seconds
arguably one of their best song 😍
THIS MAKES ME FEEL SO ALIVE
Listened to this album countless times on my 128 MB mp3 player.

Honest
Not just one of the best songs, but one of the best music videos I've ever seen.
I wonder if they would ever do a video like this now with so much attention being on Alex nowadays. It's almost the Alex Turner show when you hear about this band.
....no??
Ryan Arya Stop that bullshit right now.
Ye I have followed this band since they started, it does appear that popularity has gone to some heads, I hope not.....I play drums and yes this song frkn rocks, time will tell.....
Who's Alex Tuner?
Ye, I don't like their 'rocker' type look but like people say, they are evolving as time goes by but not sure if it suits them regardless of how talented they are, I love this video clip of the drummer being a drummer myself it is my favourite......:)
This video deserves more views. Love it.
00:23 we can see that the drummer has a tattoo in his hand that is the John Bonhan's simbol in LZ IV
I spend 14 yrs to find this video where i saw first in vh1 channel.....i typed " arctic monkey song playing drum in a video " 😂😂😂. Imagine how much tagging matters in yr videos before uploading ..
