Reminds me of the band and singer in the Cocoanut Grove in the club scene of "The Aviator". Rufus Wainwright is excellent. Rufus Wainwright sings a little of 'I'll build a stairway to paradise' in the film 'The Aviator'.
Ha they sang the “La Grippe” 100 years too late and 20 years too early - but seems they also used their swinging crystal ball to predict the Pennsylvania monkey truck scenario with “Trou Macacq”. At least the bat was lead into custody at the end.
@@tonyciccarone1486 There's a nice podcast from Johnathan Pageau called "can artists predict the future", which I recommend. Basically, it boils down to the artists seeing the patterns playing out in the past, and seeing semblances of these patterns in the future. La Grippe, for instance, it's unreal how they managed to slip in a "mass psychosis was the diagnosis" in the lyrics 10 years before it plays out. And it's coming up again. Brace ourselves, I suppose. Hopefully I'm wrong.
@@Heitorsexy I'm not sure any of us will be around much longer - if our own zombie corpse US government doesn't drive us all into madness, and our local governments don't steal everything from us, then Russia and China are going up come fight for what's left of our rotten carcass, and India will be rejoicing to have more land to spread their people out in and breed even more prodigiously.
I miss these days more than anything!

Why does Spotify matter? Go to a record store, talk to the clerks, buy some physical copies. Support your local businesspeople.
It is on spotify now at least
