    I go for usually 12x20yds hurdles jumps. 8x20yds acceleration sprints.12x10yds kneeling sprints... 30seconds between sprints.

    Running is full of ecto builds and for guys like me at 6'2 with a meso build I couldn't get into running too much but I realize running is good for x percentage of a year to "change it up" and make exercise more fun physically and mentally
