When I completed the hifz I led the taraveeh namaz for the first time I got stuck in Surah Fatiha despite had read the surah for the millions of times 😂. I can empathise the kind of pressure an imam or hafiz has in leading the namaz.
This is how allah tells that you're not anything you. this is my Quran, this is my book you cant read or recite it but when I will. No one can read or recite it without mistake.

Wallahi this makes me feel better about myself. My recitation is broken and I make a lot of mistakes, to see the worlds best reciters can also get stuck sometimes is very humbling. Also leading as the imam is much harder, even a surah you’re very familiar with sometimes becomes unknown to you. May Allah increase us all in our recitation and memorisation

There are many greater imams across the world then the just haram imams like Sheick Husary. It is a shame that only saudis can be imams and muedhinns of the House of Allah when the companion Bilal May Allah be pleased with him was non-arab.

It took me so many days to memorize just first 13 ayah of sura bakarah. And still i forget sometimes the ayah which comes next. And they have whole quran memorized in their heart so it very common to make a mistake

I can feel it. It's not always easy to lead Salah. Wallahi sometimes in pressure you can forget even from Surah Fatiha. I once recited surah Ad Duha, I did Ruku as usual but in Ruku I remembered I haven't read last ayah I could hear someone silently correcting me but I was already in Ruku... 😂 It happens we are humans. And Quran has a special protection from Allah SWT. May Allah forgive us and make our Eeman and memory strong.

When the scholar gets it right, there is two rewards. When they get it wrong, there is one reward. InshaAllah these recitors are amongst the ones still rewarded

You can see a similar principle of reward despite mistake in the following hadith: “And such a person as exerts himself to learn the Qur’an by heart, and recites it with great difficulty, will have a double reward.” - [Sahih Bukhari: 4937]

wallahi one time when i was praying as a imam i made a mistake in surah al asr. i didnt new how the surah ended after "expect those who believe and who do good deeds" because i recently learned other ayat which have the same wordings.

Do not worry or feel embarrassed if you make a mistake in the Qur'an, as long as you fix it. Even Muhammad (ﷺ) made a mistake and was corrected for it.

Even the prophet forgot some of the Qur'an but the man reciting has reminded him. Forgetting is also a mistake.
MashAllah it's good to see them make mistakes because we improve our revision of the Quran when we realise the mistakes and then we intend to improve that ayah which makes us remember that ayah strongly more. Its a good thing when you don't intend to on purposely mistake because when you lose memory of something it shows your natural human being, especially since alot of people become older and have jobs and family in there life, sheikh shuraim is nearly at his 60's his memory wouldn't be the best as a 6 year old because sheikh shuraim has experienced so much knowledge of different things. Also, us forgetting things unintentionally makes Allah help us more since we need it at that time. May Allah almighty give every single human, man, woman, child, adults, elderly the best memory especially the best memory of the quran. May Allah grant those patience who make mistakes and get frustrated by making mistakes. May Allah forgive us before our death and heal those we have harmed physically and mentally.

The First imam making mistake in Surah Baqara is so relatable to me 😂🤣 It happens when u memorize other surahs that starts with Alif laam meem dhalikal kitab, tilka ayatul kitab etc.

Even some mistakes were done by Prophet Muhammad ( p.b.u.h ) One day Rasool Ullah ( s.a.w ) praying Asr. He Prayed 2 rakats instead of 4, after salam ,Sahaba said Ya Rasool Ullah ( s.a.w ) You Prayed 2 rakats. Then Rasool ullah , completed 4 rakats
May Allah give strength to all Haufaz of Quran this is normal because imams of Haram are also Humans just like us .In my opionen some time they got confuse although that particular verses are strongly memorized in his mind but naturally they got confuse for a little bit anyhow they are all our honourable imams. Salam brother could you do Dua for me because I am struggling on my manzil subki and subak. I don’t want anything to become weak for me. I want to have a strong memory and everything to become solid so I don’t lose my track and read slower. Make everything in hifz class become strong for me. And remove problems hard relief and difficulties and also remove fear from my heart and make me remember every letter,word and verse properly so I get my manzil,subki and subak ready on time. Get more confidence and not be scared if I read wrong but also forgive my sins, mistakes and errors and remember make me all my paras
The beautiful thing is if they were following the imam they would be able to correct the mistakes being made. Everyone is prone to mistakes except Allah.

there are many mutashibah in Quran i am also a Quran hafiz i also get many mistakes if you see the Quran there are many words in Quran that keep on repeating due to which it becomes difficult for hafiz people to keep in memory .

Bruh literally there were like 4 ppl giving corrections for sheikh mahir. That’s why he kept getting confused

He was reciting one from Ankabut and Hud and there’s Fatih lil Imam in Haram that’s supposed to do the correction

Yeah, i sometimes mix surah at-tin and surah al-asr because they have similar sentence.

The First imam making mistake in Surah Baqara is so relatable to me 😂🤣 It happens when u memorize other surahs that starts with Alif laam meem dhalikal kitab, tilka ayatul kitab etc.

I think It was Sheikh Sudais in the background who corrected Sheikh Maher. his voice can also be heard in the background
He's memorized the entire quran so this will happen. Also memory varies based on fatigue, health, sleep etc....some days it comes and some days the brain will not cooperate.

About sheikh shuraim.. he was having already trembling voice due to taraweeh in Corona... I guess this is reason he couldn't remember at first due to sadness regarding Corona that this time taraweeh is being different from normal times... May Allah guide us

One day Rasool Ullah ( s.a.w ) praying Asr. He Prayed 2 rakats instead of 4, after salam ,Sahaba said Ya Rasool Ullah ( s.a.w ) You Prayed 2 rakats. Then Rasool ullah , completed 4 rakats

May Allah give strength to all Haufaz of Quran this is normal because imams of Haram are also Humans just like us .In my opionen some time they got confuse although that particular verses are strongly memorized in his mind but naturally they got confuse for a little bit anyhow they are all our honourable imams. Allah give them strength of leading our prayers

Salam brother could you do Dua for me because I am struggling on my manzil subki and subak. I don’t want anything to become weak for me. I want to have a strong memory and everything to become solid so I don’t lose my track and read slower. Make everything in hifz class become strong for me. And remove problems hard relief and difficulties and also remove fear from my heart and make me remember every letter,word and verse properly so I get my manzil,subki and subak ready on time. Get more confidence and not be scared if I read wrong but also forgive my sins, mistakes and errors and remember make me all my paras

I was leading isha and repeated surah rahman for 15 mins and still forgot the verses its really hard when you have to recite while leading salah 😥

there are many mutashibah in Quran i am also a Quran hafiz i also get many mistakes if you see the Quran there are many words in Quran that keep on repeating due to which it becomes difficult for hafiz people to keep in memory .
