What I Eat in a Day on Lazy Keto - Jumping Back In After a Month Off!

Hey friends, I've been taking a month off of eating the Keto way and I must admit that it's been VERY hard to jump back in! But, it's getting easier as I go. Honestly, the worst of it, is not being prepared. I have to make sure that I'm prepared, then everything is golden! Here's some of the foods that I ate, as I was jumping back into the Keto way.
