- It took me about 30 minutes to assemble these 4 healthy freezer meals plus stick one in the Instant Pot for our family to eat that night, too!
In this video we're making:
Instant Pot White Chicken Chili (no beans for low carb)
and we're freezing:
Herbed Pork Chops with Cream Sauce
Low Carb Orange Chicken
Creamy Italian Chicken Soup
Bolognese Sauce (to be served with zoodles)
These meals came from the Freezer to Slow Cooker & Instant Pot Meal Plan. You can find info about that here: www.sidetrackedsarah.com/free...

Leave me a comment, I'd love to hear from you!
My goal is to help busy parents feed their families without the drive thru. So if it's an easy meal, we're likely to cover it here!
Not only are we going to prepare lots of meals in our slow cooker and Instant Pot, but I'm going to take you on my shopping journeys, show you how we prepare our meals for the freezer and more! Much, much more. Including more low carb and keto stuff!
If you have any special requests, I'd love to hear about them. Just leave me a comment or send me an email to sidetrackedsarah (at) gmail (dot) com.
You make me want to stock my freezer with all these delicious meals.
I know, I just love having a stocked freezer, especially when life gets crazy!
Love how easy these meals were to prepare, thank you..
You're welcome!
Where can I get your low carb recipes
www.sidetrackedsarah.com/category/the-cook/low-carb-recipes/
I'm thinking on geting one should I get one instant pot or 2 how big is yours ?how many do you feed I have 3 kids what size should I get
I would get 1 to start with and see how you like it. I would get a bigger one, 8 quart, so you can fit larger cuts of meat or a ham, etc., in. You can cook smaller amounts in a large one, but you can't cook larger amounts in a smaller one. :).
Ty so much sorry one more question should I get a wifi or regular one
That's a good question. I have never owned a wifi one, so I don't see the need for it, but if you're away a lot and want to be able to turn on your Instant Pot remotely (or turn it off remotely), that could be a good option for you. It kind of depends if you enjoy technology more or simpler more. :)
