    This was amazing to me! I've been in the coaching world since Feb of this year a real newbie and maybe I've just not looked in the right places but this was a great example of what the process looks like I'm on fire to work with my clients next week feeling empowered to do a better job and deliver real results.

    This made me so emotional. Paula is clearly helping other people's dreams but not her own. One day I hope to read her book just to know she has made it!

    After hearing your insights into the process, I feel your insights are some of the best out there. How you get her to focus on the issue at hand and even though you bring the fears she has into the conversation, you gently guide her into how to get by it. Very nice

    I hope that lady wrote her book. What she had to say was really amazing. I loved her vision for life ... of our lives being a work of art for the Creation that we are...... also that we are transitioning from an independent culture to a connected culture. Actually I was really hoping that she would end up saying that she would write a philosophy type book that just included her views on this and was disappointed when she turned it into a novel. The coaching demonstration is excellent. Thank you Alicia for sharing

    Great coaching techniques and a great description of what coaching is and what it's not :) What do, Alisia, if a client says "I don't know"?

    • @joe_7726
      @joe_7726 5 років тому +2

      Sometimes people don't think entirely in language or there's another reason why they may not express in words (eg strong emotions). Working with their images or exploring their emotions around their apparent stuckness can help them express themselves. This is going from what's known, to exploring the unknown.

    • @brandyourdream

      @@joe_7726 Agreed, infact people rarely think in words, therefore sometimes it's tough to go through it :) Because I think when the say "I don't know" they often try to avoid the talk. And during the coaching session it's unavoidable :)

    • @joe_7726

      @@brandyourdream So you're bringing into awareness your client's own mental and emotional biases which they can learn from and apply across multiple scenarios. That's great coaching!
