אפשר למריחה קצת שמן זית...גבינה צהובה 5% ובמקום פסטרמה חזה עוף קצוץ דק....ובכמות קטנה....לנסות לא עולה כסף.....אני בעד נקי מאוד ועד כמה שאפשר בריא!!!!! תודה.ץ.
