I know Chicago has a few of these reverse lanes on the freeways close to the loop but trucks aren't allowed to use them unless in an emergency

The country up there is definitely beautiful, but I'll watch it here from afar. Those closet apartment prices, even for today's prices are insane. Here a 4/1.5 on a 1/5 acres, runs about $1900-2300. There's no way someone can survive on those outlandish rent prices. The poor dogs don't have a yard to play in, and must live in a kennel (i.e.a jail cell for dogs). None the less, another great video. Keep her rollin.

My trucks primarily hauled for the quarry, but it took a few years to get in, where my trucks worked yearly, before that winters were lean

All CB antennas need to be tuned to your specific installation, just FYI. You can buy or ask to use a meter to tune the antennas
Just subbed, lets see you reach 100k subs by the end of the year! I spent a good time out in Everett/ Millcreek area. Washington is a beautiful state, a bit pricey in certain areas. I used to haul what they call hog fuel for a recycling company, busy work. I did enjoy my short time traveling the roads in washington. Watching your vids makes me realize how many nice views i missed driving at night.

This was an exciting ride along Ms Dauminique. Wish I could do a real ride along. I started my career as a heavy construction machinery mechanic in late 70's. Went to many diff. Job sites. I enjoyed getting dirty fixing broken equip. I'm 62 now and can't do that kind of work anylonger. So your ride alongs take me back to my teenage years out of high school. Just like I thought you are allergic to work 😂 I'm glad I don't have to deal with big city sh*t. The pit I haul out of is over stocked. Truck sales has dropped off significantly. The truck loader was loading 1000 truck loads a day. I bet its down to 100 a day. Who in the fvck can afford to build. Its 450-500 dollars a square foot to build a house.

your truck seems kind of heavy, my tri axle weighed 23,500 and I thought that was heavy.
Chicago has some reversable lanes, and I have seen them elsewhere, but I can't remember where.
🤷🏼♀️ it’s not any heavier than most solo dump trucks I have driven previously. The only truck lighter is my 1977 with the aluminum frame.
My income is so low they would have to pay me to live there. The idiot that was upset as you backed in I would have stopped and held them up a little more just for being so impatient.

Idk if you did or not but I would’ve dropped a hint bout hauling aggregates especially since the work is slow. If that concrete company is running they definitely need aggregates daily. Just a thought, awesome video
Typically the haul for the concrete company is low. With how much fuel and tires cost, I’ll skip it and stay home.
