Having been filming XC since 2020, somethings I have learned that might be useful: try filming in shadow and wear a white shirt so that it reflects better on your subject (fill light). Also, don't use the wide angle lens on the phone. Also record in 4K so it has more details when uploading to youtube. The microphone on the iphone 15 is quite good, if not use the lavalier mic.
Pure dominance at Clovis over the last 4 years. She almost won in 2021 as a freshman and only lost by less than half a second. She won Clovis in 2022 as a sophomore and would have won in 2023 except she was sick. Now in 2024 she smashes the meet record over a very strong Rylee Blade. I can't wait for this years NXN, California will be bringing it.
Possible but doubtful. Only if Santiago Corona folds, which isn't going to happen. THHS girls gaining two transfers from two different local HS's in two years doesn't hurt. THHS XC girls didn't compete at Clovis 2024. They chose Homecoming weekend over competition. And they're not going to beat JSerra at the county meet. Go, SC!
What happened to Sarah Baxter? Went to Oregon, immediately bombed and completely vanished! She never made a statement that she quit, what happened? Did she even graduate Oregon?
