Thank you for making this video!!! I LOVE wash & gos, but I was tired of leaving the house with my hair wet everyday. I tried your method using Tresemme Smooth & Silky conditioner, instead of Eco Styler Gel. So far, my hair responded fabulously and loves it!!!

Thank-you ever so much for posting your conditioner method. I tried this yesterday on dry hair, to my suprised i managed to bun my hair without any eco styler gel and my hair slicked like 'nobody business' and its super soft like never before. Thanks to you I don't have to use gel anymore for buns. Thanks again, i love your videos.

Very cute! I just read Teri LaFlesh's book, and I wasn't sure if her method would work for me. You have encouraged me to try it.

Your hair looks great! My hair just does not look right with conditioner as a wet n go, but I will keep trying because it looks like a convenient style for natural hair. Thanks for the demonstration

OMG! It never occurred to me to try this on dry hair! I've been trying the conditioner only method on wet hair and it didn't look good. I can't wait to try this! Thanks!!!!

I tried this earlier today, because of another youtuber. I love this process, I was originally doing this on wet hair. Did not like the results and it took way to long to dry. Like you said, fine tune it and your good to go.

I love it!!! does your hair have natural shine to it? mine doesn't and i think if i did this my hair would look very dull any advise on that? thanks.

I have been using this method for a while now. i use Trader Joe's Nourish Spa & I use it straight out of the shower on soaking wet hair. I take a t-shirt & scrunch out all of the excess product after applying it. Once dry I go over it with my oil mix & voila, it's lasts me all week. Conditioner has been the best styler I have found for me, I've tried lots of styler's.

This is right on time! I just started experimenting with the Conditioner wash n' go's and was wondering which conditioners work. The Tresemme Naturals is my staple co-wash condish so I'll have to try this out. Thanks!

beautiful results as always.. just curious..I have always wondered this myself.. why do you think the conditioner only method causes more shrinkage then applying gel? I use eco styler gel mostly for my wash n goes and I still get shrinkage but I did notice once when I did the conditioner method the shrinkage was even crazier lol.

the gel weighs the curls down more while the conditioner is more light weight and causes shinkage and has a small amount of water in it

I am going to try this my hair twin. I luv the results. Do you wash it out the next day and do it all over again or do you get a couple of days out of it.

what do you do to keep the styling on 2nd day hair?

  • @-Lovely-Vee-
    @-Lovely-Vee- 11 років тому

I'm doing this!!!! I've never had the patience to let it dry though but if these are the results then I better try this! My curly hair is the length of yours and we practically have the same curl pattern but I get a lot of tangled shrinkage so I stayed away from wash n gos & this method and just spritz my hair everyday & washed once a week. I watched your "truth about going natural" vid and wonder if you have a vid on the wash n go method for making your hair love & react to water better??

  • @TheVideoGamHer

When I do wash and gos, my curls love to hug and mingle. How do you prevent matting and tangling?

  • @Thiabeautyworld1andonly1

    Omg!!!
    Thankyou so much hun!!
I did noticed that my curls would pop so much more whenever I put my conditioner in my hair about to wash it
And my hair right now is mad dry, frizzy and it is at its ugly state where it shrinks after I washed it
I always was wondering if it is okay to use the conditioner as a styling cream to my hair since my hair love it so much
Thanks to you I know I can do it, and I'm about to do it right now!!!
