Also, note again to avoid confusion, that: in *v1.9.8.10e7+Rev-C* and later
      _// RUN [log v1.9.8.10e7+Rev-C]_

      > Prior to Beta partial bugfixes (quick-lose bugs), _The Great Silence_ implemented so alien discovery significantly harder to achieve.
      > Some of _Port-A1E DLCs_ request of adding some paradoxes such as _Grandfather Paradox_ are accepted.
      > _Dark Energy_ and _Dark Matter_ system have been compiled into engine.
      > _Black Hole_ bugs still cannot be fixed. Parent star producing unknown bizarre behavior upon collapsing.

The transition from 0:47 - 0:49 shows that the camera is being held perfectly still in the same frame. (Notice the crack on the table, stays in the same spot even though the fan is moved)
Now normally there's nothing wrong with a camera on a tripod but when it comes to these types of videos where they seem to present the impossible, the biggest dead giveaway that the video is fake is that the camera is being held perfectly still, no 360 view, no alternative angles. It makes it very easy in post processing to cut out parts of the views, perhaps the fan is plugged in the entire time. But with some video editing it's really easy to replace that with a section of the wires not plugged in.
Also notice how when he uses two hands to stop the fan from spinning, he tries very hard to keep the fan in the same exact position. This is also so that the video cutting doesn't look suspicious. If the camera isn't moving at least move the fan. Since both of them are not moving and this defies physics anyways, it's safe to assume this is a video trick. I just wanted to give an explanation that anyone could understand not simply, "It's fake because of physics" that still doesn't help most people understand WHY it's fake when the video clearly shows the opposite.
Great video, good for catching lots of views. But bad fake! Try harder next time! Obviously just adding a battery out of view works too and that those wires could just be dummies.

Yeah, I drew a diagram for something like this when I was like 12. The only major difference was (if I can recall back that far) was that instead of one magnet on the outside, it would have a series of magnets angled in the direction of the intended rotation. The major problem was (or at least I suspected, considering I never actually built one) was that the repelling magnetic force of the first magnets would never give enough momentum to pass through the repelling force of the second magnets around the chain.
Basically, the second magnets are repelling in the opposite rotational direction just as much as the first magnets are repelling in the intended rotational direction, and beings both of the magnets have the same, or similar, repelling force, and considering you would eventually be farther away from the first magnets, than the second ones (no matter the configuration), the first magnets would never give you enough momentum to pass far enough through the second (or third, etc) magnets repelling field to get back into the next intended rotational repelling chain.
That is as best as I can explain it, lol.
Now, on to how I think you did this. Well, considering we can't actually see part of the fan that has the wire coming out, and considering it is on a wooden desk of some sort (blocking the bottom of the fan, and anything underneath it as well) I would assume you just taped another 3 pin Molex connector to the side of the fan, and then had the _actual_ fan connector go to some type of power source under the table through a drilled hole under the fan.

I have long been interested in the idea of a "permanent magnetic generator" that uses known engine designs and magnets to create perpetual energy.
Imagine a rotary engine with magnets that attract and repulse in the place of the pistons.
I have heard it is impossible to create perpetual motion but it seems possible to me in theory with permanent magnets.

This fan could be made to work on gravity and the energy in the magnets. I invented something very similar to this some 15 years back and this worked fine because the magnets themselves contributed to the gravity shift. It is not perpetual motion as that technically does not exist. The entire universe is apparently expanding and if so that is the root cause of any perpetual motion we might observe in any apparatus.

It has to do with how you have placed the weight on each blade. i.e.magnets so that it is off balanced so after you start spinning the weight near the end of the blade forces the blades to drop to the bottom and the weights closer to the inside propel enough mass to counter in the reverse.

Its the balance of the load combined with the magnetic force. The magnets at the edges of the blades produce more momentum since they are further away from the center while going down. And the arangement of the magnets means the magnet at the top of the fan pulls them back up, because they are gradually closer to it. Then its just conserving that momentum to keep the spin going.
Only works because the fan is placed on the side like that. Lay it down and the half of it that requires gravity to do the job stops working and the thing stops.
That said i do wonder what kind of RPMs youd get from this and how long it would actually keep spinning before the magnets loose their charge.

Free energy from a machine that once started continually produces power without any assistance apart from its own momentum. A small device that can be stopped by a finger is useless low energy but a small device that can cut your finger off, thats real useful energy but an impossible dream.

It also cant keep spinning because, of the forces like friction and the magnets pulling on the other magnet when it passes by it. Not to mention the friction it takes for turning a turbine to create energy. I have to deal with this every day explaining this same thing with people who try to make this.

So the force of the fan magnets’ revolution increases after an initial force applied because the magnet keeps on trying to pull the ones closest to it but that in turn causes it to lose its stake at equilibrium? So if the magnets and fan didn’t degrade, would it run forever?
I’m taking a physics class and this is my attempt to grasp what’s happening btw.

Cyborg Pirate Ninja Jesus ah you are correct. I have been mistaken. I was rather brash because I keeped getting these free energy videos suggested when all I was looking for was info about neodynium.

Now what happens if you put and alternating weight inside off it making the fun use the inertia to perpetual swing it forward making it give additional momentum to the magnets swing, you think it would make it go on for ever?

Actually, all fans use magnets. They all use Electromagnets, which means they only repel or attract when electricity through them. (probably knew that last part but whatever)

It is fake! because: 1) Perpetuum mobile cant never exist
    2) If you look on frame of ventilator cables are sorted: red, yellow, black ; and if you look on conector cables are sorted: yellow, red, black
    3) How will it works?: In table is drilled hole for cable which leads to an electricity source

But yes the video is fake it would never work anyways due to the "sticky spot" if you don't know what that means then just go back to watching cat videos lol
