I have several friends who also just don't enjoy cooking. But they enjoy things I feel like I wish I enjoyed. We all have things that we love and things that are more of a challenge. I think it's good to continue to pray for that desire though. Sometimes I have to remind myself that I am thankful I get to be home and clean those toilets and do the laundry. 😁😁

The people invited couldn't even tell I did the cooking cleaning as I went, Now that I'm older and disabled I miss those days so much I can do very little today.. It's really tough to deal with at time's but yes prayer helps with everything. 🙏🌹

I’m by myself so I prefer simple recipes that I can freeze leftovers. I do like to bake from scratch. My sister-in-law used to make a sausage roll every year for Christmas breakfast. It always was a big hit.

I really appreciate easy, versatile recipes. I'm disabled and the easier the better. But taste is very important. Strokes and nerve damage from cervical surgeries have affected my taste buds. Thank you for so many recipes. I've made quite a few. Have a wonderful week. A question, though. How would I incorporate eggs? Preferably scrambled.

Yes! Scramble and mix with the sausage and then proceed the same way
I love complicated recipes, too. But easy recipes are fantastic as well. I will usually mix it up throughout the week with a few of each. The sausage roll ups would be delicious with a country gravy, too. Have a blessed week!

I love meals with lots of different ingredients. I especially like to make Indian food, I make 4 or 5 different curries but I do it BIR (British Indian Restaurant) style which means I use a base sauce. I love prepping this, it takes about 2 kg onions, different veg and lots of difference spices, fortunately they never seem to make me cry lol. Love the easy dishes too, not always got time to spend a day in the kitchen. Love these meals Amber, thank you for sharing xxx

They now have potato bags. You grow them inside the bag which is supposed to be easier than burying them.

A couple years ago, we bought these "potato bags" for growing potatoes in on Amazon, and potatoes WERE actually easy with those!

To grow potatoes first you have to take i/2 of a small potato put it in a vessel with water with the eye's pointing down in it making sure the water is reaching it.. You can do that with all kinds of store bought veggies, leeks are really easy just cut what you normally would leaving the rooted part and doing it the exact same way, tomatoes you cut in slices place between paper towels keeping it wet not dripping wet but you know what I mean.. Wait till you see it root and plant there's so many you can do it with, strawberrys even just from your grocery store. It's pretty cool and a lot better and cheaper than buying seeds or plants.. With the green beans and potatoes you also add all the seasoning you could possibly need I make something similar to this but never thought of using a sausage with it great idea, wonderful comfort meal.. It's one of my childhood favorite.

I had taken chicken out for dinner and wasn’t sure what I was going to make. I saw your orange chicken recipe and made that. It wasn’t exactly like yours because I used cut up plain chicken breasts but still delicious

Try to plant your potatoes in a large container. That is what we do and I was surprised how many potatoes grew with one potato. It took about 3 months to produce potatoes. FYI I live in NC. I will grow them in the summer and then again in the fall.

Tey the potatoes again 😊 i use grow bags put the potatoes about halfway cover with soil water regular they should come up pretty easily ingot seed potatoes from a local tractor supply

Chicken sausages have a pork casing. I was shocked to read the label and see that. People who think they are not eating pork are so misled by this.
If it's only the casing, who cares. It can be removed.

I don't like chicken strips/tenders. At all. For some reason I tried the tenders from a fast food place (not the one everyone is thinking) and I loved them. They never make it home. Lol. I don't know why I have such an aversion to them. Just one of those things I guess.
