The best part about the court is the clerk. Cause they will help you fill out the forms you are not familiar with. They can't deny that to anyone. It's a public service, and that's why they are clerks of the court. They deal with all court document filings.
I need to sue the clerk, she signed a warrant for my arrest for failure to appear even though I did in fact attend the hearing I simply refuse to agree to the judgement and would not sign it. Then a failure to appear warrant was created and I was arrested and held in jail for five days.

Im a 66 yo disabled senior. I entered into a 6 month lease with 52 yo woman who is the home owner to rent her basement. Many things happened and some were down right dangerous for anyone. Long story short, she ambushed me in my quarters and beat the hell outta me. Emts picked me up and rushed me into the ER to get a head CT pronto. You see, I've survived 2 TBIs and my injuries were 5 punches to my left eye, as she sat 9n y breast but one with her knees 😊on my upper arms. I had no way to defend my face and head. Concussion. Couple months to get over. She got an assault charge, 500, no jail.
