I must be old fashioned, I still like the oven. I appreciate people who work long hours may find this method useful though. I always used the good old slow cooker for long days at work. My mother always put a splash of water in her Yorkshire pudding mix along with a dot of English mustard. Always turned out lovely like your Amanda.
I’ve never used a Cosori, but I’m very happy with my Ninja Dual, very good quality machine, I‘e also got a HySapientia airfryer oven which is also very good quality.
I've had the Instant Brand, the Ninja 400, and the 22ltr Hysapentia, and now this Cosori, the Instant Brand was much better than the Ninja, just could not get on with the Hysapentia, so far the Cosori beats them all, can't fault the build quality or how easy it is to use,
Just ordered thanks for the discount Mand and Ian, I only have a tower one which is more like a mini oven, I have never had one with the drawers, cant wait for it to come and have a play around with it. It might take me a while to get my head around it ( you know I am getting on a bit) but it will be fun playing around with it and the book will be interesting. I dont have a dishwasher ( well I have Dave lol) keep having a drink for me over in Turkey love as ever Maggie xx
The Cosori is the easiest one that i've used so far, the instructions arn't the best and there's no recipes with it, took me about 5 minutes to work it all out,
Heya, I love your videos. I have been using Cosori since last year. My first one was the dual blaze, I now have the TurboBlaze and this dual zone one. I don't know if you know by now and have figured it out, but if you just want to use just the right draw on its own or if you want to turn a drawer off if its cooked quicker than you thought, just press and hold down for a few seconds, the drawer that you want to turn off. So if you just want to use the right drawer and turn off the left one, press and hold L for a few seconds and it will turn off. One thing I did find a bit annoying, is that when you switch it off and back on again, it remembers your last cooking session settings. For me I just reset the whole machine at the end of the last cooking session by pressing and holding L and R at the same time for a few seconds and this resets the machine back to all the default settings. Wanted to let you know just in case. Hope this helps. Gav
I’ve never seen anyone add the extra Yorkshire pudding batter to the gravy before as a thickener, but it seems to do the job. That was one thing about my mother’s gravy , it was always very thin and had to have cornflour and water mixed together added to thicken it.
Was surprised to see this today as you’re away, I hope you’re both relaxing. What temperature did you do the Yorkshire puds on? I’m going to make mine and freeze them ready for Christmas.
You would praise it since it didn't cost you anything. If it is as good as you say it is Cosori should give everyone a free machine in exchange for an honest review.

Really love Cosori, unfortunately I can't afford the twin fry. Hope you enjoy your holiday & thanks for all your recipes
Really do not rate cosori, the quality of the products is rubbish compared to ninja.

Hi mand. That duck looked delicious. You enjoy your well deserved rest. Love Marilyn xx
The Corsori looks brilliant. So does your dinner, even though it’s duck. I’m not a lover of it myself, but I do cook it for others in the family xxxx
Wow what a dinner lucky you guys xxxx.
Brilliant video thanks. Maureen xxxx
