Not sure you have 2 of those batteries working if you can't get like 40 miles ..Not 2000 amp hours if not 40 miles. The Grizzly only has 35 ah with the same motors and heavier but gets 40 miles on full throttle only.. Leads me to think most 40ah set ups should get 40 miles at least. Maybe your weight and hills really sucked down the juice?😅

Hey quick question. Those batteries look the same as my New Jansno X50 v2 batteries. Could you do me a favor and see if they will mount on the bottom of your X70. Maybe take the top battery off, and try to mount it where the 14amp is and see if it will power up? If so and it can run, that would be a plug and play solution by just buying a Ridstar 20amp 52v battery and plugging it in to your Jansno without having to change the battery plate. Also on a side note. The brakes on this bike are proprietary so you can't get the pads anywhere but Ridstar, might be an idea to order a few sets in case they go out of business and you would have to swap out the brakes. That was one of the reasons I didn't buy a Ridstar and went with the Jansno instead. One guy had a hell of time getting those pads.
@@MotoCheez youtube search ridstar brake pads. Ridstar is not playing fair at all. Cant find an alternate pad, the only other option so far is to change the brakes to some that use an accessable pad at a reasonable cost.
I received ridstar Q20 pro today and fitted them. There's an issue with this bike The front wheel is not working and I fitted the battery on the front mounting plate bike is not turning on . Both batteries work on the back mounting plate. When I turn on the bike only the rear wheel is working. Do you have any idea about this?
I took the bike out today for 50 mi ride and I did notice the front battery did not get used at all, if I try to start the bike and turn it on with just a front battery on and the rear battery off it will not power up. So I may be having the same problem you are, just contacted them to see what the solution is
You have the left upper switch that almost looks like a headlight switch on that's for the front hub and underneath that to write a little bit to push button is for the rear hub You can turn them on and off individually
Can you use 1 battery and still use both motors? Like if you wanted to go to the gas station, which is a 3-miles round trip, and just to make it lighter? Or put the 1 battery in a backpack after you locked it up. Instead of having to carry 2 batteries in your backpack 🎒. Hopefully, not having batteries on the bike might help it from getting stolen!! #Yolo

@randalsweeting661 the emmo polaro has a 500w single hub with a 10ah 48v battery. It wouldn't perform well at all on the hills here. It would compare to the last 819w scooter I just reviewed.

40AH of batteries could do 80 miles or more if you ride around in PAS2, or single hub mode most the time Pedal assist, speed, hills, single or dual hub etc effect how long the battery will last. it depends on your area and rislding habits. I didn't see that one how fast was it? I'll have to go check it out
I was looking at the bike that CitizenCycle has today . Those are over $1,000 more than your review bike. Nice but not much more power .
@kevinnashskitchen3517 hard to beat the value in this bike
"Very tired" beep.
Meep, why
Had to get a new medical certificate for my CDL and I usually am not up till 2pm because i work graveyard shift but today i got up at 9 am with 3 hours of sleep even though i tried to get 8 😂 @MotoCheez
@Jim_woods thanks, did you pass the physical
@@MotoCheez yes I did, blood pressure was a bit high but was ok.
How did you get it to go 45.5 mph the max I got it to go is 37.2 mph
Had to be Down hill, I got 37 on flat too
Ok I thought u upgraded it
Does it have pedal assist mode?
Yes
How are those stock tires on the dirt roads?
They are good for dirt or pavement
Fiero video sometime?
Yes I got a couple videos I have to throw together over the last week and a half
? umm? 8 surons for ? 🤨😏
By eight of these for one suron, yeah a bit confusing
Good afternoon
Good afternoon! 1st comment
That river looks like a great place to fish Moto... That is a nice ebike too... Nice raging rapids...
Good to fish, but can't eat, mercury
@@MotoCheez that's a shame... So basically it's just a practice river... For those who make their own lures
@vharrald basically. I think you might be able to eat one or two fish, GE had a factory up in Massachusetts which is where this starts I guess they dumped a bunch of stuff in the water
@@MotoCheez aren't they trying to clean up their disaster?
@vharrald I guess they tried but they don't want to disturb the dirt which is on the dirt and it happened so long ago
I have the ridstar q20 and the q20 pro. My q20 pro maxes out at 37mph even down steep hills. Is their a setting you changed to keep it from limiting its speed past 37? I already changed the 100kmh setting and no change.
I can't figure how to unlock that without changing wheel diameter setting.....
@@MotoCheez did you adjust the "controller current limit" setting (pc)? Mine is set to 30 stock. Was wondering if yours was maybe set to 40.
I left it at 30, thought about turning it up tho. Did you?
@MotoCheez no, im super tempted too, but I dont wanna fry my controller lol. Ive heard the controllers have built in limiters that will keep them in a save range if you raise it but i still haven't tried. I have a feeling the q20 pro could go faster with some more tweaks. Thanks for your great videos! I bought both q20's because of your videos and love them both!
@DoubleDownDBo definitely could!
Watching this video,I said Wow,your trees haven't greened up,I live in Southern middle Tennessee ,we had an early spring, here, trees started blooming early march,March, mowing grass the last week in February which is abnormally early.
Yeah. Kinda late this year
What's your weight?
235lbs. Come to find out this ride may have been just on one battery, did a ride today and noticed the front battery was not being used at all did 50 miles
@@MotoCheez I weigh 133, so the mileage even with more climbs could go over that.
Definitely! I took a side trail off of the rail trail that we rode today that was really steep up power lines I didn't think it was going to make it and it shock the hell out of me I could have even gone steeper. One of those hills that you're more nervous going down than up!
So excited to get mine wife and I ordered us two of these bad boys
💯💯💯
Wife won’t allow me to get a motorcycle but this will definitely give me the itch lol
@mikeanardi9414 definitely!
Is it possible to somehow unlock this bike so that it can travel more than 60 km
Only settings I know are in video
@@MotoCheez aha, I wonder if I can replace a modem or something to make it run longer 🤔
@monstermusicc longer range? Only way you can do that is larger batter, or another battery
@@MotoCheez aaa, can you buy some other, more powerful batteries for this bike somewhere?
40AH of batteries could do 80 miles or more if you ride around in PAS2, or single hub mode most the time
Pedal assist, speed, hills, single or dual hub etc effect how long the battery will last. it depends on your area and rislding habits.
My videos I drive faster and have a lot of hills, so the mileage I get is basically the minimum.
This electric MOPED NOT EBIKE
😆 yep, with pedals, so moped
Just what i am looking for just with bigger tires
I actually like the 23-in tires better than the bigger bike tires, more manageable especially off-road
@@MotoCheez Good to know, thanks
Meaning, lower seat height
@@MotoCheez I am 6 feet tall would i fit
@dankfarmtron3066 I think so, I'm 5'10 with a 32-in inseam and it does not feel small to me
No gloves, novice rider at best!
😂😆 gloves
Can someone buy me one I'm from Jamaica and I have to walk four miles to work i love it but can't afford it can someone send one for me I be so grateful bless
Considering how quick you got to max speed and just locked into that 37mph(60KPH), it feels like the kind of behavior you'd usually see from a bike with a speed limiter in software. I wonder if there is a way to unlock it to go even further.
That's what I was saying, this bike is capable of at least 5mph more. Wish I knew how besides changing tire diameter, then the Speedo if off
