@@lestermoe7159 Or, and this is probably gonna sound crazy but hear me out, maybe they're trying to go in a different direction from all the dubstep and techno that PD2 was saturated with?
The best stealth AND loud track in the game imo. 0:54 sounds like a blaring alarm, it really makes the heist feel way more urgent, dirty ice might be my favorite heist in the game.
The more I listen to the entire soundtrack, the more I fall in love with it. Gustavo did really amazing work, especially with blending both PD:TH’s heavy drum and bass style, and PD:2’s wubbity wubs. (I say PD:TH is moreso D&B, but I’ve seen some others mention it’s also House/Breakbeat. Still doesn’t defeat my original point of this soundtrack being such an amazing blend of both games’ OST styles. Gustavo did amazing work here.) (Also, last minute side note before I post this, when I first heard this song, I thought I was listening to some random Half Life song lol.)
Why does everyone talks about cloaker noise in the Gold & Sharke music when HERE the fucking 1:08 is waaaay closer to the actual sound and still gets me every time?!
1. It's a much higher pitched and more of a music fx than Cloaker's charge. 2. It only lasts for half a second while Gold & Sharke lasts for a solid second which would be the average time a person would hear before getting their ass whooped by two batons and a dropkick. You're not wrong though.
this slaps too bad i can't load into the game to listen to it😭 by the way funny story, just before payday 3 launch i found your channel through your ready or not rips, and i come back now and was like, hey this guy seems familiar, then saw the RoN tracks
@@noises4978 Maybe the song itself sounds sadder and reflects what you're doing: Killing hundreds of family member (Guards, law enforcement, civilians,...) and leaving them a permanent tragic event of losing a loved one. It screams at you that you're a dangerous criminal, a bloodlust killer, and a trigger-happy bastard. Not a hero fighting against some evil/corrupt authorities, not Robin Hood, just a criminal that steals and kills to get their hands on money. It also has a darker, colder tone and a desolate feel compared to stuff like 99 Boxes that just makes you go "Fuck yeah baby let's mag dump this gun pew pew pew" which makes it "Noir" like the original poster said.
Is it just me or does the theme sometimes sound like farts Not to insult Gustavo, the songs are awesome and i do like this one but i swear im hearing farts in there
This really gives off Payday The Heist Green Bridge vibes.
And I absolutely love it

@@onememetorulethemall4301 this is EDM, DnB not dubstep, immediately clear who I'm talking to
This track fits the map's cold atmosphere so well. Gustavo is killing it!!

This and the Gold&Shark bank are my two favorites both in music and heist, absolute bangers

'one two cops are coming for you'
Hands down. Best Payday 3 ost so far.

You're not wrong though.
this song kinda reminds me of black mesa
edit-there is no edit
This is like if Razormind mixed with Payday 1 Stone Cold
Yew York here we come!
There are instruments here that sound like cloakers and it terrifies me.
Especially with how new cloakers duck and weave like crazy... unless you spawn kill them 💀
I have the same name as the jewelery story which means I have to rob the shit out of it.
This is a 100% legal advice
Its like you've just snuck into a club and u have cops on your arse
imo this is goat in terms of soundtracks in pd3
0:38 - 0:56 kinda reminds me of Time Window
Sounds more like Deadeye
Because Time Window usually plays durning this heist
daypay3
Stone Cold mixed Dead Eye

If you mean the Whirrs at 1:03 , I think that's SUPPOSED to be an alarm going off noise. Since you made a Flub and got caught
